【摘要】：目的為精神殘疾人設(shè)計(jì)有效的社區(qū)日間多元化康復(fù)治療。方法選取陶然亭街道轄區(qū)內(nèi)由精神分裂癥導(dǎo)致精神殘疾者30例,分為對(duì)照組和干預(yù)組各15例,進(jìn)行日間多元化康復(fù)模式的對(duì)照實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,并使用陽性和陰性癥狀量表(PANSS)及世界衛(wèi)生組織殘疾評(píng)定方案(WHO-DAS 2.0)國際中文版評(píng)估療效。結(jié)果康復(fù)治療后,干預(yù)組的PANSS陰性量表及一般精神病理量表、WHO-DAS 2.0評(píng)分持續(xù)下降,在第8周、第12周時(shí)有非常顯著性差異(P0.01)。結(jié)論社區(qū)日間多元化康復(fù)治療模式可有效地整合社區(qū)資源,提高精神殘疾康復(fù)效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to design effective community day-to-day rehabilitation for the mentally disabled. Methods 30 patients with mental disability caused by schizophrenia were divided into control group (15 cases) and intervention group (15 cases). Positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS) and World Health Organization Disability Assessment Program (WHO-DAS 2.0) were used to evaluate the efficacy. Results after rehabilitation treatment, the WHO-DAS 2.0 scores of PANSS negative scale and general psychopathology scale in the intervention group continued to decrease, and there was a significant difference between them at the 8th week and the 12th week (P0.01). Conclusion the multiple rehabilitation treatment model can effectively integrate community resources and improve the rehabilitation effect of mental disability.
