116例正常人房水中阿爾茨海默病生物標(biāo)志物與年齡相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】：目的檢測正常人房水中與阿爾茨海默病相關(guān)的生物標(biāo)志物——淀粉樣蛋白(β-amyloid protein,Aβ)、Tau蛋白和淀粉樣前體蛋白(amyloid precursor protein,APP)與年齡的相關(guān)性。方法收集116例常規(guī)白內(nèi)障手術(shù)病人房水,按照年齡分為:A組(年齡小于60歲,n=25),B組(年齡60~69歲,n=30),C組(年齡70~79歲,n=32),D組(年齡≥80歲,n=29),運(yùn)用Ellisa方法檢測樣本中APP、Tau蛋白和Aβ40、Aβ42的濃度。結(jié)果不同年齡組房水中Aβ40、Aβ42、Tau蛋白和APP的濃度差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論正常人房水中Aβ40、Aβ42、Tau蛋白和APP的濃度隨年齡改變沒有改變。
