【摘要】：目的:研究枸櫞酸坦度螺酮聯(lián)合5-羥色胺再攝取抑制劑(SSRIs)治療伴焦慮狀態(tài)的抑郁癥患者的療效和對(duì)性功能的影響。方法:將符合入組標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的100例患者隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組(50例)和對(duì)照組(50例),對(duì)照組予以口服SSRIs,實(shí)驗(yàn)組在此基礎(chǔ)上予以口服枸櫞酸坦度螺酮,2組均連續(xù)治療6周,在入組時(shí)及治療第2、4、6周后分別采用漢密爾頓抑郁量表(HAMD)、漢密爾頓焦慮量表(HAMA)評(píng)定2組療效,并根據(jù)HAMD第14項(xiàng)評(píng)定藥物對(duì)性功能的影響情況。結(jié)果:治療的第2、4、6周,2組的HAMD評(píng)分、HAMA評(píng)分均有降低,而實(shí)驗(yàn)組明顯低于對(duì)照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。服藥期間對(duì)照組的性功能障礙發(fā)生率明顯高于實(shí)驗(yàn)組。結(jié)論:枸櫞酸坦度螺酮聯(lián)合SSRIs治療伴有焦慮狀態(tài)的抑郁癥患者具有療效高、對(duì)性功能影響小的優(yōu)點(diǎn),值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the efficacy and sexual function of tandoxone citrate combined with serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRIs) in the treatment of depression with anxiety. Methods: 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50). The control group was treated with oral SSRIs, for 6 weeks. Hamilton Depression scale (HAMD),) and Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) were used to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups at the time of entry and 6 weeks after treatment, and the effects of drugs on sexual function were evaluated according to item 14 of HAMD. Results: the HAMD scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the control group at the 2nd week of the 4th week (P0.05), while the Hama scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05). The incidence of sexual dysfunction in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group. Conclusion: the combination of tandoxone citrate and SSRIs in the treatment of depression with anxiety state has the advantages of high curative effect and little influence on sexual function, so it is worth popularizing.
