AD患者血清中L-谷氨酰胺、溶血磷脂酰膽堿和棕櫚酰胺HPLC-MS測定

【摘要】:正近年來尋找探索一種或幾種特異、敏感的生物標志物,早期診斷阿爾茨海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD),及時干預和治療,使其不發(fā)生或延緩發(fā)生受到國內外學者重視[1-2]。本課題組在采用超高效液相色譜-四級桿-飛行時間串聯質譜儀研究篩選AD患者血清中生物標志物時發(fā)現L-谷氨酰胺(Lglutamine,LG)、溶血磷脂酰膽堿(lysophosphatidylcholine,LPC)和棕櫚酰胺(palmitic amide,PA)與對照組有顯著性差異。本文建立人血清中此標志物高效液相色譜質譜測定方法,為研究AD代謝通路和發(fā)病機制,早期診斷、預防和治療提供科學依據。
[Abstract]:In recent years, we are looking for one or more specific and sensitive biomarkers, early diagnosis of Alzheimer disease AD, timely intervention and treatment, so that it does not occur or delay the occurrence of attention by domestic and foreign scholars [1-2]. In the study of screening serum biomarkers in AD patients by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quaternion-time-of-flight mass spectrometer, we found Lglutamine (LG), lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC) and palmitic amide-PA (palmitic amidePA) in serum of AD patients. There was significant difference between the two groups. A high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC / MS) method for the determination of this marker in human serum was established to provide scientific basis for the study of metabolic pathway and pathogenesis, early diagnosis, prevention and treatment of AD.
