【摘要】：目的:評(píng)估情感氣質(zhì)自評(píng)量表(TEMPS-A)簡(jiǎn)版中文版的信度和效度,為評(píng)估心境障礙患者情感氣質(zhì)特征提供一個(gè)有效的工具。方法:選取143例雙相障礙患者和175例健康對(duì)照者完成TEMPS-A簡(jiǎn)版的測(cè)試,并從兩組中隨機(jī)抽取35名研究對(duì)象1個(gè)月后進(jìn)行重測(cè)。結(jié)果:因子分析提取出5個(gè)因子,累計(jì)方差貢獻(xiàn)率為46.82%;各因子得分呈正相關(guān)(r=0.17~0.59,均P0.001)。TEMPS-A簡(jiǎn)版中文版總量表的Cronbachα系數(shù)為0.92,5個(gè)因子的α系數(shù)在0.71~0.90之間;總量表的重測(cè)相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.90,5個(gè)因子的重測(cè)相關(guān)系數(shù)在0.63~0.90之間(均P0.001)。雙相障礙組TEMPS-A簡(jiǎn)版總分和5個(gè)因子分均高于健康對(duì)照組[如,總分(16.0±7.9)vs.(5.7±4.7);均P0.001]。結(jié)論:情感氣質(zhì)自評(píng)簡(jiǎn)版中文版具有良好的信度和結(jié)構(gòu)效度,適用于健康人群和雙相障礙患者。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the reliability and validity of the simplified version of TEMPS-A in order to provide an effective tool for the assessment of emotional temperament in patients with mood disorders. Methods: 143 patients with bipolar disorder and 175 healthy controls were selected to complete the TEMPS-A test, and 35 subjects were randomly selected from the two groups for a month to retest. Results: five factors were extracted by factor analysis, the cumulative contribution rate of variance was 46.82, the scores of each factor were positively correlated (r = 0.170.59, all P 0.001). The Cronbach 偽 coefficient of TEMPS-A simplified Chinese version was 0.92, and the 偽 coefficient of five factors was 0.71 ~ 0.90. The retest correlation coefficient of the total quantity table is 0.90, and the retest correlation coefficient of the five factors is between 0.63 and 0.90 (all P0.001). The total score and 5 factor scores of TEMPS-A in bipolar disorder group were higher than those in healthy control group [(16.0 鹵7.9) vs. (, 5.7 鹵4.7; P0.001, respectively)]. Conclusion: the Chinese version of the simplified version of emotional temperament has good reliability and structural validity. It is suitable for healthy people and patients with bipolar disorder.
