【摘要】：目的探究阿立哌唑與喹硫平治療精神分裂癥的療效與安全性。方法選取我縣縣醫(yī)院從2011年7月至2014年7月收治的46例精神分裂癥患者,將其隨機(jī)分為阿立哌唑組和喹硫平組,兩組患者各23例。阿立哌唑組患者采用阿立哌唑治療,喹硫平組采用喹硫平進(jìn)行治療,對(duì)比兩組患者的陽性與陰性癥狀量表(PANSS評(píng)分),并記錄兩組患者在治療過程中的不良反應(yīng)情況。結(jié)果兩組患者的PANSS評(píng)分均有明顯改善,兩組患者的治療效果無明顯差異,但是阿立哌唑組的治療穩(wěn)定性較好。結(jié)論阿立哌唑和喹硫平治療分類癥均有較好的治療效果,但是二者在不良反應(yīng)情況上差異。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the efficacy and safety of aripiprazole and quinapine in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods from July 2011 to July 2014, 46 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups: aripiprazole group and quetiapine group. Aripiprazole group and quetiapine group were treated with aripiprazole and quetiapine respectively. The positive and negative symptom scales (PANSS scores) were compared between the two groups, and the adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded. Results the PANSS scores of the two groups were significantly improved, but the treatment stability of aripiprazole group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion aripiprazole and quetiapine have good therapeutic effect on classified syndrome, but there are differences in adverse reactions between them.
