【摘要】：正2015年9月6日,南京市公安局交通管理局通過(guò)官方微博通報(bào)了"6·20寶馬案"后續(xù)情況。其中,警方委托司法鑒定機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)肇事者進(jìn)行的精神鑒定結(jié)果顯示:肇事者作案時(shí)患急性短暫性精神障礙,有限制刑事責(zé)任能力。(1)"急性短暫性精神障礙"因而迅速成為一個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)熱詞。
[Abstract]:On September 6, 2015, the Traffic Management Bureau of Nanjing Public Security Bureau notified the follow-up to the 6 20 BMW case through the official Weibo. Among them, the result of the psychiatric appraisal conducted by the police entrusted to the judicial appraisal agency shows that the perpetrator suffered from acute transient mental disorder when he committed the crime.
