【摘要】：近年來,隨著以瘦為美的社會文化價值觀在全球范圍內(nèi)愈演愈烈,神經(jīng)性貪食癥等進食障礙的發(fā)病率逐年上升。青少年正處于一個特殊時期,身心發(fā)展的不同步性、對社會主體文化的敏感性和趨同性等特點使他們較其它年齡群體更注重外表。因此,神經(jīng)性貪食癥等進食障礙多發(fā)于青少年時期,患者一方面極端貪吃,一方面又極端恐懼自己身體肥胖,存在著嚴重的心理沖突甚至變形,導(dǎo)致生理、心理和社會功能的失調(diào),嚴重影響青少年的學(xué)習、生活以及人際交往,已經(jīng)成為關(guān)系到青少年身心健康的一個嚴重問題。因此,對神經(jīng)性貪食等進食障礙患者康復(fù)治療的理論和方法進行探索,不僅有助于減少和控制青少年的進食障礙行為,更有利于其身心健康成長和社會化進程的順利完成。本研究在總結(jié)學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)于神經(jīng)性貪食癥研究的基礎(chǔ)上,探索心理社會治療模式在神經(jīng)性貪食癥患者康復(fù)中的介入空間,并以神經(jīng)性貪食癥患者Y為個案,采用深度訪談和參與觀察相結(jié)合的方法,試圖從微觀層面探究心理社會治療模式在神經(jīng)性貪食癥患者康復(fù)治療中的運用。在研究過程中,運用心理動力理論和“人在情境中”理論對服務(wù)對象Y的致病成因進行深入分析,對問題做出診斷和評估。在找出服務(wù)對象“問題”的基礎(chǔ)上,運用心理社會治療模式的直接治療與間接治療相結(jié)合的方法,有針對性地對服務(wù)對象進行干預(yù),使服務(wù)對象失調(diào)的生理、心理和社會功能得以改善和恢復(fù)。最后,通過總結(jié)此次心理社會治療干預(yù)的優(yōu)勢和不足,為充分發(fā)揮社會工作在神經(jīng)性貪食癥等進食障礙患者康復(fù)治療中的作用積累經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the incidence of eating disorders such as bulimia has increased year by year as the social and cultural values of thinness have become more and more serious in the world. Teenagers are in a special period, the different characteristics of physical and mental development, the sensitivity and convergence of social subject culture make them pay more attention to appearance than other age groups. Therefore, eating disorders such as neurotic bulimia are more common in adolescence. On the one hand, patients are extremely greedy, on the other hand, they are extremely afraid of being obese, and there are serious psychological conflicts or even deformations, leading to physiology. The disorder of psychological and social function has seriously affected the study, life and interpersonal communication of teenagers, which has become a serious problem related to the physical and mental health of teenagers. Therefore, to explore the theory and method of rehabilitation treatment for patients with eating disorders such as neurotic gluttony is not only helpful to reduce and control the behavior of eating disorders, but also conducive to the growth of their physical and mental health and the smooth completion of the process of socialization. On the basis of summarizing the research of neurobulimia in academic circles, this study explores the interventional space of psycho-social treatment model in rehabilitation of patients with neurobulimia, and takes Y as a case study. By means of the combination of in-depth interview and participatory observation, this paper attempts to explore the application of psycho-social treatment mode in rehabilitation treatment of patients with bulimia nervosa from the micro level. In the course of the research, the psychodynamic theory and the theory of "people in the situation" are used to analyze the cause of the disease of Y, and to diagnose and evaluate the problem. On the basis of finding out the "problem" of the service object, the direct and indirect treatment of psycho-social treatment model is used to intervene the service object in order to make the physiological of the service object out of balance. Psychological and social functions are improved and restored. Finally, by summing up the advantages and disadvantages of the psycho-social treatment intervention, we can accumulate experience in the rehabilitation treatment of patients with eating disorders such as bulimia nervosa by giving full play to the role of social work in the rehabilitation treatment of patients with eating disorders such as bulimia.
