【摘要】：目的探討特質(zhì)怒與阿爾茨海默病(AD)發(fā)病的關(guān)聯(lián),初步分析特質(zhì)怒與怒的表達(dá)在AD發(fā)病進(jìn)程中的關(guān)系。方法采用同性別、同年齡段(±3歲)、同等文化程度1∶1匹配的病例對(duì)照研究,問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,面對(duì)面訪談。結(jié)果病例組特質(zhì)怒得分高于對(duì)照組(t=44.784,P=0.000),OR=51.857(14.009,191.954);病例組怒的表達(dá)(AX-O、AX-I)顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.01),病例組和對(duì)照組特質(zhì)怒與怒表達(dá)指數(shù)均呈正相關(guān)(r=0.579,P0.01;r=0.372,P0.01)。結(jié)論特質(zhì)怒傾向高和怒的表達(dá)程度高皆是AD發(fā)病的危險(xiǎn)因素;特質(zhì)怒與怒的表達(dá)在AD發(fā)病進(jìn)程中呈正相關(guān),特質(zhì)怒傾向高且怒的表達(dá)程度高更容易誘發(fā)AD。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between idiopathic anger and Alzheimer's disease (AD), and to analyze the relationship between trait anger and its expression in the pathogenesis of AD.Methods A case control study with the same sex, the same age (鹵3 years old) and the same education level (1:1) was used, questionnaire survey, face to face interview.Results the score of trait anger in the case group was higher than that in the control group (51.857) 14.009191.954, and the expression of AX-OfAX-I in the case group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.01).Conclusion the high tendency of trait anger and the high level of expression of trait anger are the risk factors of AD, and the expression of trait anger is positively correlated with the process of AD, and the high tendency of trait anger and the high level of expression of trait anger are more likely to induce ADD.
