【摘要】：目的了解貴陽市在校大學生抑郁情緒現(xiàn)況及其與常見生活事件的關系,為開展大學生健康教育提供合理的參考。方法使用青少年生活事件量表和Zung氏抑郁自評量表及自編大學生一般情況調(diào)查表,對整群分層隨機抽取的貴陽市5所高校1 123名大學生進行問卷調(diào)查。結果貴陽市在校大學生抑郁情緒檢出率(95%CI)為34.37%(31.60%~37.14%)。在生活事件總體評分及各因子分上,抑郁情緒學生的得分均高于無抑郁情緒學生(P值均0.01);抑郁得分與生活事件得分呈正相關(rs=0.325,P0.01)。單因素分析結果顯示,大學生抑郁情緒與專業(yè)滿意度、父母婚姻狀況、生活事件等因素有關(P值均0.05)。非條件Logistic回歸分析得出,大學生對自己專業(yè)滿意是抑郁情緒的保護因素(OR=0.542);父母再婚是抑郁情緒危險因素(OR=2.313);生活事件中,負性人際關系事件(OR=1.361),負性健康適應事件(OR=1.653)與其他負性事件(OR=1.773)是抑郁情緒的危險因素(P值均0.05)。結論貴陽市在校大學生抑郁情緒檢出率較高。應針對抑郁情緒的影響因素,及時采取必要的健康教育措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the depression status of college students in Guiyang and its relationship with common life events, and to provide a reasonable reference for carrying out health education for college students.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 123 college students in 5 colleges and universities in Guiyang, who were randomly selected by cluster stratification by using the Zung's Depression scale and the General situation questionnaire of college students.Results the detectable rate of depression in college students in Guiyang City was 34.373.60,31.60,37.14%.The scores of depression students were higher than those of non-depressive students (P = 0.01), and there was a positive correlation between depression scores and life events scores.Univariate analysis showed that depression was related to professional satisfaction, marital status of parents and life events.Non-conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that college students' satisfaction with their major was the protective factor of depression, and parents' remarriage was the risk factor of depression.Negative interpersonal relationship events (OR1. 361), negative health adaptation events (OR1. 653) and other negative events (OR1. 773) were risk factors for depression (P = 0. 05, P = 0. 05, P = 0. 05, P = 0. 05, P = 0. 05, P = 0. 05, P = 0. 05).Conclusion the detection rate of depression in Guiyang is high.The necessary health education measures should be taken in time according to the influencing factors of depression.
