【摘要】：在中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)中,神經(jīng)類固醇激素在膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞內(nèi)由膽固醇經(jīng)過(guò)一系列酶促反應(yīng)合成,主要包括脫氫表雄酮、孕烯醇酮、孕酮和四氫孕酮等,通過(guò)與γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)受體結(jié)合而發(fā)揮抗焦慮和抗抑郁樣行為學(xué)效應(yīng),其中神經(jīng)類固醇激素對(duì)機(jī)體內(nèi)環(huán)境的穩(wěn)態(tài)具有重要作用。本文就神經(jīng)類固醇激素的合成、代謝,以及神經(jīng)類固醇對(duì)焦慮癥和抑郁癥等應(yīng)激反應(yīng)的調(diào)控作用做一綜述,并對(duì)相關(guān)機(jī)制進(jìn)行探討。
[Abstract]:In the central nervous system, neurosteroids are synthesized by a series of enzymatic reactions of cholesterol in glial cells, including dehydroepiandrosterone, pregnenolone, progesterone and tetrahydroprogesterone. Through binding to GABA receptor, neurosteroids play an important role in the homeostasis of the body, including the synthesis and metabolism of neurosteroid hormones, which play an important role in antianxiety and antidepressant behavior. The regulatory effects of neurosteroids on stress responses such as anxiety disorder and depression were reviewed and the related mechanisms were discussed.
