【摘要】：正社區(qū)老年抑郁癥患病率為8.8%~23.6%〔1,2〕,老年抑郁的發(fā)生與軀體、心理及社會(huì)因素密切相關(guān)〔3〕,會(huì)導(dǎo)致老年人軀體功能下降、已有的軀體疾病惡化、殘疾的危險(xiǎn)性增高、生活質(zhì)量收到嚴(yán)重?fù)p害等〔4〕。本文旨在了解社區(qū)老年抑郁患者的現(xiàn)況。1對象與方法1.1研究對象2010年10月至2011年4月我中心門診就診的336例老年抑郁患者,排除惡性腫瘤、急性臟器衰竭、癡呆、酒
[Abstract]:The prevalence rate of senile depression in positive community is 8.823. 6%. The occurrence of senile depression is closely related to physical, psychological and social factors, which will lead to the decline of body function, deterioration of existing physical diseases and increased risk of disability. The purpose of this study was to understand the present situation of elderly depressive patients in community. 1 subjects and methods 1.1 the subjects of this study were 336 elderly depressive patients who were treated in our center from October 2010 to April 2011, and the malignant tumor was excluded.
