【摘要】：比托哌汀為一種新型非典型抗精神病藥物,為甘氨酸轉(zhuǎn)運體(GlyT1)抑制劑,通過抑制甘氨酸的再攝取從而增加作為谷氨酸受體N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸(NMDA)受體激動劑的甘氨酸表達。與目前其他非典型抗精神病藥物相比,該藥對精神分裂癥患者的陰性癥狀有明顯的療效,且對認知功能也有一定的改善。目前正處于臨床Ⅲ期試驗,現(xiàn)有資料提示該藥有較好的有效性和安全性,但仍需要長期使用的資料積累。
[Abstract]:Pitopidine is a novel atypical antipsychotic drug and a glycine transporter GlyT1 inhibitor. To increase the expression of glycine as a receptor agonist of glutamate receptor N- methyl-Daspartic acid by inhibiting reuptake of glycine, compared with other atypical antipsychotics. The drug has obvious curative effect on negative symptoms of schizophrenic patients, and it also improves cognitive function to some extent. At present, it is in clinical stage 鈪，
