睪酮對(duì)青年男性情緒面孔識(shí)別影響的功能磁共振成像研究

【摘要】:目的:觀察高、低睪酮水平組青年男性在高興、中性、恐懼三種情緒面孔刺激下的大腦激活狀態(tài),探討內(nèi)源性睪酮對(duì)恐懼情緒面孔識(shí)別影響的神經(jīng)機(jī)制。 對(duì)象:來(lái)源于某大學(xué)100名正常青年男性志愿者,根據(jù)睪酮水平,采用四分位法分組,隨機(jī)抽取高低睪酮水平組各12名作為研究對(duì)象。 方法:令兩組被試分別注視高興、中性和恐懼情緒面孔圖片,同時(shí)采用3.0Tesla核磁共振掃描系統(tǒng)收集被試的大腦激活信號(hào)。使用SPM8軟件分析處理數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果:(1)兩組被試注視高興情緒面孔圖片引起的正性情緒反應(yīng)評(píng)分差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,而注視恐懼情緒面孔圖片引起的負(fù)性情緒反應(yīng)評(píng)分差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;(2)注視高興情緒面孔圖片時(shí),高睪酮水平組的平均激活腦區(qū)有:左右兩側(cè)的顳上回和島葉,左側(cè)枕葉楔前葉、旁中央小葉、中央前回和角回,右側(cè)顳中回、海馬旁回、后扣帶回和扣帶回。(3)注視高興情緒面孔圖片時(shí),低睪酮水平組的平均激活腦區(qū)有:左側(cè)頂葉楔前葉、額葉sub-gyral。(4)注視高興情緒面孔圖片時(shí),睪酮水平高組比低組增加的激活腦區(qū)有:左右兩側(cè)的頂葉楔前葉、額中回,左側(cè)頂下小葉、額上回、額下回、中央前回,,右側(cè)中央后回、旁中央小葉、扣帶回、海馬旁回。(5)注視恐懼情緒面孔圖片時(shí),高睪酮水平組的平均激活腦區(qū)有:左右兩側(cè)的顳上回和島葉,左側(cè)顳橫回、丘腦、額下回、中央前回和中央后回,右側(cè)顳中回、海馬旁回、扣帶回和腦橋。(6)注視恐懼情緒面孔圖片時(shí),低睪酮水平組的平均激活腦區(qū)是:左側(cè)頂葉楔前葉。(7)注視恐懼情緒面孔圖片時(shí),睪酮水平高組比低組增加的激活腦區(qū)有:左側(cè)額上回、額下回和頂下小葉,右側(cè)島葉、扣帶回、海馬旁回、額中回和中央后回。(8)注視中性面孔圖片時(shí),高睪酮水平組的平均激活腦區(qū)有:左右兩側(cè)的顳上回,左側(cè)扣帶回、中央后回、旁中央小葉、額上回、中央前回、頂下小葉和頂葉楔前葉,右側(cè)顳中回、后扣帶回和海馬旁回。(9)注視中性面孔圖片時(shí),低睪酮水平組的平均激活腦區(qū)是:左側(cè)葉下外側(cè)核。(10)注視中性面孔圖片時(shí),睪酮水平高組比低組增加的激活腦區(qū)有:左右兩側(cè)的中央后回和額中回,左側(cè)旁中央小葉、中央前回、顳上回和梭狀回,右側(cè)頂葉楔前葉、額上回、扣帶回和島葉。(11)高睪酮水平組的睪酮水平與高興情緒面孔刺激下激活的左中央前回(r=0.719)、右扣帶回(r=0.719)強(qiáng)度呈正相關(guān),與恐懼情緒面孔刺激下激活的左島葉(r=0.638)、右顳中回(r=0.855)強(qiáng)度呈正相關(guān)。 結(jié)論: 1.人類(lèi)情緒加工涉及多個(gè)大腦皮層區(qū)域的神經(jīng)激活,大腦對(duì)不同效價(jià)情緒的加工既有重疊性,又有獨(dú)立性。高興(正性)情緒面孔加工主要涉及左半球,恐懼(負(fù)性)情緒面孔加工左右半球均參與。 2.高睪酮水平情緒面孔加工涉及更多腦區(qū),低睪酮水平則相反。 3.睪酮水平與2個(gè)高興腦區(qū)(左中央前回、右扣帶回)、2個(gè)恐懼腦區(qū)(左島葉、右顳中回)的激活強(qiáng)度呈正相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the brain activation state of young men under the stimulation of three kinds of emotional faces: pleasure, neutral and fear, and explore the neural mechanism of endogenous testosterone on the face recognition of fear.
Participants: a total of 100 normal young male volunteers from a university were randomly divided into four groups according to testosterone level. 12 subjects in the high and low testosterone group were randomly selected as the subjects.
Methods: the two groups of subjects were looking happy, neutral and fear faces, at the same time using 3.0Tesla magnetic resonance scanning system tried to collect the brain activation signal. Using SPM8 software to analyze the data. Results: (1) two groups of participants watched positive emotional reaction happy emotional faces can score no difference look at the statistical significance, statistically significant negative emotional reaction of fear faces caused by the score difference; (2) look happy emotional face pictures, high levels of testosterone group mean activated brain areas are: bilateral superior temporal gyrus and insula, left precuneus, paracentral lobule, anterior central gyrus and angular gyrus, right middle temporal gyrus, parahippocampal gyrus, posterior cingulate cortex and cingulate.
