多媒體技術(shù)在心智指標(biāo)分析中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:在65歲以上的老人中,癡呆癥的發(fā)病率在6.6%以上。老人癡呆癥可能造成體能下降、記憶力減退、日常生活能力衰退、臥床不起甚至死亡,因此,老人癡呆癥會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響老人的身體健康和生活品質(zhì)。本研究希望能夠結(jié)合無(wú)線感測(cè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和多媒體技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)一套針對(duì)老人的心智指標(biāo)分析系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)能夠及早偵測(cè)老人癡呆癥,及早啟動(dòng)照護(hù)計(jì)劃,并且能夠在一定程度上鍛煉老人的心智功能,達(dá)到延緩老人癡呆癥發(fā)生的目的。 該系統(tǒng)由三部分組成:(1)資料收集部分:以Fun Cube為主要互動(dòng)工具,利用多媒體技術(shù)呈現(xiàn)游戲內(nèi)容和游戲規(guī)則,,收集受測(cè)者的操作步驟、錯(cuò)誤次數(shù)和完成時(shí)間并將這些信息傳遞到云端服務(wù)器。此部分針對(duì)定向、工作記憶、專注力和處理速度等認(rèn)知能力方面,一共設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)了11種游戲;(2)資料分析部分:云端服務(wù)器首先對(duì)收集到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行字符串比對(duì),篩查是否存在病毒,然后對(duì)其進(jìn)行分析計(jì)算并存儲(chǔ)各項(xiàng)心智指標(biāo)量化結(jié)果。此部分用Aho-Corasick算法作為云端字符串對(duì)比算法,并利用多線程技術(shù)進(jìn)行比對(duì)效率的加速;(3)資料反饋部分:建立一個(gè)醫(yī)生可以訪問(wèn)的網(wǎng)頁(yè),向醫(yī)生呈現(xiàn)受測(cè)者的操作步驟并自動(dòng)篩查有認(rèn)知功能障礙的高危險(xiǎn)人群,提示醫(yī)生提早啟動(dòng)照護(hù)計(jì)劃。此部分利用Visual Studio軟件進(jìn)行網(wǎng)頁(yè)設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)存貯的操作時(shí)間、操作步驟、正確性等數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行提取和分析。 系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建成功后,我們進(jìn)行了三個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn):第一個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)為系統(tǒng)信效度的分析:評(píng)估本系統(tǒng)評(píng)估結(jié)果和傳統(tǒng)紙本評(píng)估之間的關(guān)聯(lián)性;第二個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)為系統(tǒng)滿意度調(diào)查:利用科技接受模型(Technology Acceptance Model2, TAM2)問(wèn)卷測(cè)試?yán)先藢?duì)本系統(tǒng)的科技接受程度。這兩個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)于臺(tái)灣長(zhǎng)庚養(yǎng)生文化村進(jìn)行。實(shí)驗(yàn)分為四個(gè)步驟:(1)實(shí)驗(yàn)前測(cè):受測(cè)者簽寫(xiě)受試者同意書(shū),并測(cè)試簡(jiǎn)易精神狀態(tài)量表(MMSE)和額葉功能評(píng)定表(FAB),兩種問(wèn)卷得分當(dāng)作分組依據(jù);(2)分組:將測(cè)試者隨機(jī)分為A、B兩組,并用MMSE檢定兩組在認(rèn)知上是無(wú)差異的(即p0.05),若有差異,則以人工調(diào)整分組至無(wú)差異;(3)第一次測(cè)試:A組做紙本MoCA測(cè)試,B組做Fun Cube心智游戲測(cè)試和TAM2問(wèn)卷;(4)第二次測(cè)試:兩個(gè)星期后,A、B兩組交換。共招募了43位老人參與本實(shí)驗(yàn),37人堅(jiān)持完成了所有測(cè)試,其中27位是女性,10位是男性,平均年齡為77.9歲,平均教育年限為14.6年,MMSE平均得分為27.0分。在系統(tǒng)信效度方面,本系統(tǒng)評(píng)估結(jié)果和傳統(tǒng)紙本評(píng)估之間的Pearson相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.78,屬于強(qiáng)相關(guān),說(shuō)明本系統(tǒng)的評(píng)估結(jié)果是有一定可信度的;在系統(tǒng)滿意度方面,使用意愿方面得分在5.6以上,認(rèn)知有用性方面得分在5.33以上,認(rèn)知易用性方面得分在5.7以上,娛樂(lè)性方面得分在5.88以上,主觀印象方面得分在5.56以上,工作關(guān)聯(lián)性方面得分在5.12以上,產(chǎn)出品質(zhì)方面得分在5.88以上,效果驗(yàn)證方面得分在3.86以上,自愿性方面得分在5.98以上,喜好程度方面的得分是4.77。說(shuō)明本系統(tǒng)對(duì)于老人有趣、簡(jiǎn)單易操作,并且有很強(qiáng)的吸引力。第三個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)為多線程技術(shù)在服務(wù)器上運(yùn)行Aho-Corasick算法的效能分析。本實(shí)驗(yàn)在HP9000Superdome服務(wù)器上運(yùn)行,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):相對(duì)于1個(gè)CPU,2個(gè)CPU能提升50.2%左右的效能,4個(gè)CPU能提升74.3%左右的效能。 本研究將無(wú)線感測(cè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)和多媒體技術(shù)應(yīng)用于老人心智功能評(píng)估,一方面開(kāi)發(fā)了與傳統(tǒng)紙本量表相關(guān)的游戲,改善傳統(tǒng)紙本量表的缺點(diǎn),協(xié)助醫(yī)生及早發(fā)現(xiàn)老人癡呆癥人群;另一方面開(kāi)發(fā)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了一些認(rèn)知功能訓(xùn)練游戲,藉此鍛煉和提高老人認(rèn)知功能,延緩老人癡呆癥的發(fā)生與發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In 65 years old. The incidence of dementia in 6.6%. Alzheimer's disease may cause physical decline, memory loss, decline the ability of daily life, completely bedridden and even death, therefore, Alzheimer's disease will seriously affect the health of the elderly and the quality of life. This study hopes to be able to combine the wireless sensor network and multimedia technology, design a set for the elderly mental index analysis system. The system can provide early detection of Alzheimer's disease, early start care plan, and can exercise the elderly in a certain degree of mental function, to delay the occurrence of dementia.
The system consists of three parts: (1) data collection part: Fun Cube as the main interactive tools, showing the game content and game rules by using multimedia technology, operation steps to collect subjects, error times and completion time and pass the information to the cloud server. This part aims at the orientation, working memory, attention and the processing speed of cognitive ability, a total of 11 kinds of game design and implementation; (2) data analysis: Cloud Server firstly collected data string comparison, screening for the presence of the virus, and then analyzed the computing and storing the quantitative results of mental indicators. This part uses the Aho-Corasick algorithm as the clouds string comparison to accelerate the algorithm, and compare the efficiency of the use of multi threading technology; (3) datafeedback: establish a doctor can access ", to show the doctor The operation steps and automatic screening of high-risk groups with cognitive dysfunction suggest that doctors start the nursing plan early. This part uses Visual Studio software to design web pages, and extracts and analyzes data such as operation time, operation steps and correctness.
After the success of the system construction, we conducted three experiments: the first experiment for analysis of system reliability and validity of the evaluation system: assessment of the relevance between the assessment results and the traditional paper; the second experiment is the survey of satisfaction system: using the technology acceptance model (Technology Acceptance Model2, TAM2) questionnaire to test the elder to the system of science and technology acceptance. The two experiments carried out in Taiwan Chang Gung health and culture village. The experiment was divided into four steps: (1) the pretest: subjects the subjects signed consent, and test the mini mental state examination (MMSE) and frontal lobe function assessment scale (FAB), two kinds of questionnaire score as packet basis; (2) grouping: Participants were randomly divided into two groups of A, B, and MMSE test in the two groups there is no difference in cognition (P0.05), if there are differences, to manually adjust the packet to no difference; (3) the first test: A Paper Group The MoCA test, B group Fun Cube mind game test and TAM2 questionnaire; (4) the second test: after two weeks, A, B two group exchange. 43 elderly people were recruited to participate in the study, 37 people to complete all the tests, including 27 women, 10 men. The average age is 77.9, the average years of education for 14.6 years, the average MMSE score was 27 points. The system reliability, the system evaluation of Pearson correlation coefficient between the results and the evaluation of the traditional paper is 0.78, belong to a strong correlation, that evaluation of this system is the result of a certain extent; in the system satisfaction. Willingness to use scores above 5.6, perceived usefulness scores above 5.33, cognitive usability scores above 5.7, entertainment score above 5.88, subjective impression scores above 5.56, job relevance scores above 5.12, output quality The scores of more than 5.88, to verify the effect of score above 3.86, the voluntary score above 5.98, the preference score is 4.77. that the system for the elderly is interesting, simple and easy to operate, and has a strong attraction. Performance analysis of third experiments for multi threading technology Aho-Corasick algorithm running on the server. Experiment on the HP9000Superdome server, the experimental results showed that compared with 1 CPU, 2 CPU can enhance about 50.2% efficiency, 4 CPU can enhance about 74.3% efficiency.
The wireless sensor network and the application of multimedia technology in the elderly mental function assessment, on the one hand developed with the traditional paper the scale of the game, improve the scale of the shortcomings of the traditional paper, assist the early detection of Alzheimer's disease population; on the other hand, to develop and implement some cognitive training game, take exercise the old man and improve cognitive function, delay the occurrence and development of Alzheimer's disease.
