【摘要】：目的應(yīng)用靜息態(tài)fMRI觀察酒精成癮者缺省模式網(wǎng)絡(luò)(DMN)改變。方法對(duì)30例酒精成癮者(酒精成癮組)及30名性別、年齡、受教育程度及尼古丁依賴程度相匹配的健康志愿者(對(duì)照組)進(jìn)行靜息態(tài)fMRI掃描,采取獨(dú)立成分分析方法提取DMN,對(duì)兩組DMN進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果相對(duì)于對(duì)照組,酒精成癮組DMN在右楔前葉、左小腦腳Ⅱ區(qū)功能連接減低,而在左后扣帶回、右顳中回、右顳上回及右楔前葉區(qū)域功能連接增強(qiáng)。結(jié)論酒精成癮者DMN功能異常。靜息態(tài)功能MR成像揭示酒精成癮復(fù)雜神經(jīng)機(jī)制具有一定的價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of default pattern of fMRI in alcohol addicts by resting fMRI. Methods 30 cases of alcohol addicts (alcohol addiction group) and 30 cases of sex and age were studied. Healthy volunteers with matched education and nicotine dependence degree (control group) were scanned with resting fMRI, and DMN was extracted by independent component analysis (ICA).
