【摘要】：探索青年期心理社會(huì)環(huán)境改變對中老年CD-1小鼠焦慮和自發(fā)探索活性行為的影響。結(jié)果表明,與青年組(3月齡)比較,老年對照組(18月齡)在曠場潛伏期和周邊時(shí)間顯著延長,跨格子數(shù)顯著減少(Ps0.05);在黑白巷黑端時(shí)間和潛伏期顯著延長,黑端到白端次數(shù)顯著減少(Ps0.05)。12月齡應(yīng)激組在曠場周邊時(shí)間和在黑白巷黑端時(shí)間顯著長于豐富環(huán)境組和對照組,跨越格子數(shù)顯著減少(Ps0.05)。18月齡應(yīng)激組在曠場周邊時(shí)間和在黑白巷黑端時(shí)間、潛伏期顯著長于豐富環(huán)境組(Ps0.05)。這些提示CD-1小鼠焦慮行為改變具有年齡依賴性,青年期心理社會(huì)環(huán)境改變可調(diào)節(jié)小鼠年齡相關(guān)性焦慮和自發(fā)探索活性行為的改變。
[Abstract]:To explore the effect of psycho-social environment change of youth on anxiety and spontaneous exploring activity in middle-aged and aged CD-1 mice, the results showed that compared with young group (3 months), the aged control group (18 months old) was significantly prolonged in open field latency and peripheral time. In black-and-white lane, the time and latency of black end and white end were significantly prolonged, and the times of black end to white end were significantly decreased in stress group of 12 months old. The time of open field and black end of black and white lane were significantly longer in stress group than those in rich environment group and control group. The lattices crossing significantly decreased the time of open field and black and white lane in stress group of 18 months old, and the latency was significantly longer than that of Ps0.05 in rich environment group, which suggested that anxiety behavior change of CD-1 mice was age-dependent. The change of psycho-social environment in youth can regulate the changes of age-related anxiety and spontaneous exploratory activity in mice.
