【摘要】：背景:誘導(dǎo)性多能干細胞技術(shù)是將成熟體細胞重編程得到具有多分化潛能干細胞的技術(shù),可用于疾病模型建立、藥物篩選、細胞治療等方面的研究。目的:分析誘導(dǎo)性多能干細胞應(yīng)用于阿爾茨海默病研究的可行性及最新成果,并對現(xiàn)階段的不足與進一步研究的方向進行總結(jié)。方法:在中國知網(wǎng)與Pub Med數(shù)據(jù)庫搜索阿爾茨海默病與誘導(dǎo)性多能干細胞的相關(guān)文獻。對數(shù)據(jù)庫索引結(jié)果進行相關(guān)性及重復(fù)性篩選,納入30篇文獻進入結(jié)果分析。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:誘導(dǎo)性多能干細胞為神經(jīng)退行性疾病的治療提供了新視野,解決了神經(jīng)細胞在體獲取困難的大難題。利用患者自身細胞誘導(dǎo)形成的誘導(dǎo)性多能干細胞進行治療更加切實可行,但現(xiàn)階段該技術(shù)仍然面臨諸多問題,例如高效穩(wěn)定的定向分化方法、誘導(dǎo)性多能干細胞的安全性問題、最合適的供體細胞、倫理爭議等。
[Abstract]:Background: inducible pluripotent stem cell technology is a technique for reprogramming mature somatic cells to obtain multi-differentiation potential stem cells, which can be used for disease modeling and drug screening. Objective: to analyze the feasibility and latest achievements of induced pluripotent stem cells in Alzheimer's disease. Methods: search the literature on Alzheimer's disease and induced pluripotent stem cells in the Pub Med database. The index results of the database were compared. Screening for relevance and repeatability, Results and conclusions: inducible pluripotent stem cells provide a new perspective for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. It is more feasible to use induced pluripotent stem cells induced by patients' own cells to treat them, but at present the technology still faces many problems. For example, efficient and stable directional differentiation, safety of induced pluripotent stem cells, most suitable donor cells, ethical controversy, etc.
