【摘要】：目的肌筋膜綜合征患者伴有焦慮、抑郁對其生活質量的影響。方法采用綜合性醫(yī)院情緒測量表(HADS)和健康狀況調查量表(SF-36)分別對97例肌筋膜綜合征患者進行情緒測量、生活質量調查,根據HADS評分結果將患者分為焦慮組、抑郁組、焦慮抑郁組和非焦慮抑郁組,對各組患者的生活質量進行比較。結果焦慮組、抑郁組、焦慮抑郁組的焦慮情緒測量量表(HADd)評分、HADd+抑郁情緒測量量表(HADa)評分高于非焦慮抑郁組患者(P0.05),抑郁組、焦慮抑郁組HADa、(HADd+HADa)評分均高于非焦慮抑郁組患者(P0.05),焦慮抑郁組的(HADd+HADa)評分高于焦慮組和抑郁組(P0.05)。焦慮組、抑郁組、焦慮抑郁組患者生理功能、生理職能、一般健康狀況、精力、社會功能、情感職能及精神健康7個方面的評分均低于非焦慮抑郁組患者(P0.05),焦慮抑郁組患者的生理功能、生理職能、一般健康狀況、精力、社會功能、情感職能和精神健康各項評分均低于焦慮組、抑郁組患者(P0.05)。結論肌筋膜綜合征患者伴有焦慮、抑郁對其生活質量具有影響,其生活質量降低。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of anxiety and depression on the quality of life in patients with myofascial syndrome. Methods 97 patients with myofascial syndrome were measured by HADS and SF-36. According to the HADS score, the patients were divided into anxiety group, depression group, anxiety depression group and non-anxiety depression group. The scores of HADD in anxiety and depression group were higher than those in non-anxiety depression group (P 0.05), and the scores in depression group were higher than those in non-anxiety depression group. The scores of HADd Hada in anxiety and depression group were higher than those in non-anxiety and depression group, and the scores of HADd Hada in anxiety depression group were higher than those in anxiety group and depression group (P 0.05). The physiological function, physiological function, general health status and energy of anxiety depression group, depression group and anxiety depression group were higher than those of anxiety group and depression group. The scores of social function, emotional function and mental health were lower than those of non-anxiety depression group (P 0.05). The physiological function, physiological function, general health status, energy and social function of anxiety depression group were lower than those of non-anxiety depression group. The scores of affective function and mental health were lower than those of anxiety group, while those of depression group were lower than those of anxiety group (P 0.05). Conclusion the patients with myofascial syndrome have anxiety and depression has an effect on their quality of life and their quality of life is decreased.
