【摘要】：毒品濫用在國際和國內(nèi)都是重要的社會問題,毒品濫用對毒品依賴者認(rèn)知加工的影響也是心理學(xué)研究的重要課題。根據(jù)藥物成癮領(lǐng)域的誘因-易感化理論和雙加工模型,藥物相關(guān)線索和負(fù)性情緒線索在成癮與復(fù)吸過程中起重要作用。本研究采用內(nèi)隱的趨近-回避范式考察了冰毒戒除者對藥物相關(guān)線索和情緒線索的行為反應(yīng)傾向。 實驗一采用冰毒相關(guān)圖片和一般正性圖片,考察毒品戒除者是否對藥物相關(guān)線索存在行為反應(yīng)傾向。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),冰毒戒除者對藥物相關(guān)線索存在顯著的趨近傾向,對一般正性線索沒有明顯的行為反應(yīng)傾向。實驗二采用不同情緒類別的人臉作為實驗材料,考察不同情緒線索對行為反應(yīng)傾向的影響。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),在面對憤怒、高興、中性、悲傷四種情緒類別的人臉刺激時,憤怒的情緒人臉會導(dǎo)致冰毒戒除者相對于正常健康被試更小的回避傾向。 綜合上述實驗,本研究得到以下結(jié)論：冰毒戒除者對藥物相關(guān)刺激表現(xiàn)出比一般正性刺激更大的趨近的行為反應(yīng)傾向；對憤怒的情緒人臉表現(xiàn)出相對于正常健康被試更小的回避傾向,即相對更大的趨近傾向。
[Abstract]:In the international and domestic drug abuse is an important social problem, important influence of drug abuse on cognitive processing on drug and psychology. According to the inducement of the field of drug addiction sensitization theory and dual process model, drug related cues and negative emotional cues play an important role in addiction and relapse in the process. This study uses the implicit approach avoidance paradigm investigated methamphetamine abstainers behavioral responses to drug related cues and emotional cues tendency.
Experiment 1 used methamphetamine related pictures and generally positive pictures, investigate drug abstainers on whether drug related cues exist behavior tendency. The results showed that methamphetamine abstainers on drug related cues are significant approach tendency, no obvious behavior tendency for general positive clues. In experiment two, using face different emotional categories as experiment the material, the influences of different emotional cues on behavior tendency. The results showed that, in the face of angry, happy, neutral, sad face four kinds of emotion categories stimulation, emotional face anger will lead to methamphetamine abstainers compared to normal healthy subjects less tendency to avoid.
The above experiment, this study got the following conclusions: Methamphetamine abstainers on drug related stimuli showed positive stimuli response behavior than the general tendency of reaching greater; the angry face compared to normal healthy subjects showed less tendency to avoid, which is relatively more approach tendency.
