　　<正>肝切除術(shù)后肝衰竭（posthepatectomy liver failure,PHLF）是指肝切除術(shù)后,在多種影響因素作用下,嚴(yán)重影響了肝臟的合成、解毒和生物轉(zhuǎn)化等生理功能,導(dǎo)致以進(jìn)行性黃疸、肝性腦病及腹腔積液等特征性臨床表現(xiàn)的綜合征,是肝切除術(shù)后死亡的主要原因。PHLF的發(fā)生率在1.2%～32.0%,是肝切除術(shù)后最嚴(yán)重的并發(fā)癥[1]。我們從術(shù)前、術(shù)中和術(shù)后三個(gè)方面開(kāi)展綜合有效的防治措施,減少
