【摘要】：目的了解北京市朝陽(yáng)區(qū)老年人對(duì)院外急救知識(shí)的認(rèn)知情況。方法對(duì)150名老年人采用北京市朝陽(yáng)區(qū)老年人院外急救認(rèn)知調(diào)查問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果老年人院外急救認(rèn)知率為21.02%。其中各文化程度的老年人對(duì)急救知識(shí)的掌握情況相似,均處于對(duì)急救知識(shí)略有聽(tīng)聞但不太了解的程度;此外,了解急救知識(shí)的途徑上以電視和書(shū)籍雜志居多;老年人對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)急救知識(shí)的愿望強(qiáng)烈,88.6%的老年人都需要并且支持急救知識(shí)的宣傳和普及。結(jié)論北京市朝陽(yáng)區(qū)各文化程度老年人對(duì)院外急救知識(shí)的掌握情況不盡如人意,大多數(shù)老年人有學(xué)習(xí)的急救知識(shí)的需求和愿望,建議衛(wèi)生部門(mén)及醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)針對(duì)老年人接觸較多的傳播途徑宣傳急救知識(shí),提高老年人的急救能力。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the cognition of out-of-hospital first aid knowledge among the elderly in Chaoyang District of Beijing. Methods 150 elderly people were investigated by questionnaire on the cognition of out-of-hospital first aid for the elderly in Chaoyang District of Beijing. Results the recognition rate of out-of-hospital first aid was 21.02%. In addition, TV and books and magazines are the most important ways to understand first aid knowledge, and the elderly have a strong desire to learn first aid knowledge. 88.6% of the elderly need and support the propaganda and popularization of first aid knowledge. Conclusion the mastery of out-of-hospital first aid knowledge of the elderly with various educational levels in Chaoyang District of Beijing is not satisfactory. Most of the elderly have the needs and wishes to learn first aid knowledge. It is suggested that health departments and medical institutions should publicize first aid knowledge and improve the first aid ability of the elderly according to the more communication channels of the elderly.
