【摘要】：正患者男,61歲,因"言語不清伴左側(cè)肢體無力20余天"于2014年2月13日收入山東省千佛山醫(yī)院�；颊弑憩F(xiàn)為耳聾、言語不清、眩暈不敢睜眼。體格檢查:意識清楚,精神差;言語欠清晰流利;雙側(cè)瞳孔不等大,左側(cè)直徑約3 mm,右側(cè)直徑約4 mm,直接和間接對光反射靈敏,眼瞼無下垂,雙側(cè)眼球向各個方向運動靈活,雙眼無眼震;雙側(cè)鼻唇溝對稱,伸舌、示齒、鼓腮等不能合作;雙耳聽力明顯下降。感覺系統(tǒng)檢查不合作。右側(cè)肢體肌
[Abstract]:The patient, 61, was admitted to Qianfoshan Hospital of Shandong Province on February 13, 2014 because of "inarticulate speech with left limb weakness for more than 20 days". The patient showed deafness, indistinct speech and dizziness. Physical examination: clear consciousness, poor spirit, poor verbal fluency; Bilateral pupil was not large, left diameter was about 3 mm, right side diameter was about 4 mm, direct and indirect light reflex was sensitive, eyelid did not droop, bilateral eyeball moved flexibly in all directions, and no nystagmus was found in both eyes. Bilateral nasolabial sulcus symmetry, tongue extension, teeth, gills, and so on can not cooperate; both ears hearing loss. Sensory system check is not cooperative. Right limb muscle
