【摘要】：目的探討額顳部顱腦損傷患者應(yīng)用早期綜合康復(fù)聯(lián)合電針治療對(duì)執(zhí)行功能的影響。方法選取2010年3月至2015年3月在�？谑械谌嗣襻t(yī)院就診的額顳部顱腦損傷患者82例,隨機(jī)分為兩組各41例。對(duì)照組給予一般康復(fù)治療。觀察組給予早期綜合康復(fù)聯(lián)合電針治療。結(jié)果治療8、12 w后,觀察組持續(xù)性應(yīng)答數(shù)(RP)少于對(duì)照組(P0.01)。治療12 w后,觀察組患者概念化水平百分?jǐn)?shù)(RFP)高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。治療16 w后,觀察組錯(cuò)誤應(yīng)答數(shù)(RE)、RP、非持續(xù)性錯(cuò)誤(NRPE)都少于對(duì)照組(P0.01)。治療16 w后,觀察組畫(huà)鐘測(cè)驗(yàn)(CDT)、選擇完成分類(lèi)數(shù)(CC)、RFP都高于對(duì)照組(P0.01或P0.05)。觀察組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論早期綜合康復(fù)聯(lián)合電針治療額顳部顱腦損傷,能夠有效促進(jìn)患者執(zhí)行功能恢復(fù),降低患者并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation combined with electroacupuncture on executive function in patients with frontotemporal craniocerebral injury. Methods from March 2010 to March 2015, 82 patients with frontotemporal craniocerebral injury in Haikou third people's Hospital were randomly divided into two groups: 41 cases in each group. The control group was given general rehabilitation therapy. The observation group was treated with early comprehensive rehabilitation combined with electroacupuncture. Results after 812 weeks treatment, the number of persistent response (RP) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P 0.01). After 12 weeks of treatment, the percentage of conceptualization level (RFP) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P0.05). After 16 weeks of treatment, the number of error response (RE) and nonpersistent error (NRPE) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P0.01). After 16 weeks of treatment, the CDT, CC and RFP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P0.01 or P0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion early comprehensive rehabilitation combined with electroacupuncture for frontotemporal craniocerebral injury can effectively promote the recovery of executive function and reduce the incidence of complications.
