【摘要】：目的動態(tài)監(jiān)測創(chuàng)傷膿毒癥及非膿毒癥血漿中HMGB-1、IL-13、IL-17的量,初步探究創(chuàng)傷膿毒癥發(fā)生發(fā)展中部分細胞因子的作用,為臨床治療提供依據(jù)。方法將江蘇大學附屬武進醫(yī)院2013-10-2015-10收治的28例患者及體檢中心健康人群為研究對象。分為創(chuàng)傷膿毒癥組、創(chuàng)傷非膿毒癥組。其中創(chuàng)傷膿毒癥組14例、創(chuàng)傷非膿毒癥組14例及正常對照組20例。用酶聯(lián)免疫分析法測其血漿中HMGB-1、IL-13、IL-17的量。結果:HMGB-1、IL-13、IL-17的含量與對照組比較,在創(chuàng)傷膿毒癥組及創(chuàng)傷非膿毒癥組均明顯升高(P0.05);在創(chuàng)傷膿毒癥組,與創(chuàng)傷非膿毒癥組比較HMGB-1和IL-1的含量明顯升高(P0.05),而IL-17含量并沒有顯著提高,且各組組內各時間點件沒有顯著差異。結論HMGB-1、IL-17,IL-13含量在創(chuàng)傷膿毒癥的病情演變中都起著重要的作用。及時監(jiān)測HMGB-1、IL-13的變化,可更敏感地判斷創(chuàng)傷膿毒癥的發(fā)生,評估其嚴重程度,為臨床治療提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the role of some cytokines in the pathogenesis and development of traumatic sepsis by dynamically monitoring the level of IL-13 IL-17 in plasma of traumatic sepsis and non-sepsis, and to provide evidence for clinical treatment. Methods 28 patients admitted to Wujin Hospital of Jiangsu University in 2013-10-2015-10 and healthy people in physical examination Center were studied. The patients were divided into trauma sepsis group and trauma non sepsis group. There were 14 cases of traumatic sepsis group, 14 cases of traumatic non-sepsis group and 20 cases of normal control group. The level of HMGB-1 IL-13 IL-17 in plasma was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). Results compared with the control group, the content of IL-17 in the 1: HMGB-1 group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05), and in the traumatic sepsis group, the levels of HMGB-1 and IL-1 were significantly higher than those in the traumatic non-septic group (P0.05), but the level of IL-17 was not significantly increased. And there was no significant difference in each time point in each group. Conclusion the level of IL-17 IL-13 plays an important role in the development of traumatic sepsis. Monitoring the changes of HMGB-1 IL-13 in time can more sensitively judge the occurrence of traumatic sepsis, evaluate its severity, and provide evidence for clinical treatment.
