【摘要】：目的觀察多發(fā)傷合并肺部感染患者血清及痰液細胞因子的變化情況,為多發(fā)傷患者肺部感染的診斷與控制提供依據(jù)。方法選取2013年6月-2016年6月醫(yī)院EICU、急診創(chuàng)傷病房、急診留觀病房進行治療的46例多發(fā)傷合并肺部感染患者為A組,同時期的46例多發(fā)傷患者為B組,46名健康人員為C組,然后將三組研究對象的血清及痰液細胞因子進行檢測及比較,并比較A組不同肺部感染程度患者的血清及痰液細胞因子水平。結(jié)果 A組血清及痰液細胞因子IL-4、IL-8、IL-16、TNF-α、IFN-γ水平分別為(2.46±0.19)ng/ml、(11.98±1.41)pg/ml、(45.29±4.33)ng/L、(2.37±0.26)ng/ml、(71.89±6.02)pg/ml及(3.36±0.29)ng/ml、(14.65±1.79)pg/ml、(51.80±4.62)ng/L、(3.31±0.40)ng/ml、(79.96±6.93)pg/ml,均高于B組及C組的檢測水平,B組的檢測水平則高于C組,且A組肺部感染較重者的檢測水平高于感染較輕者,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論多發(fā)傷合并肺部感染患者血清及痰液細胞因子呈現(xiàn)高表達狀態(tài),且肺部感染程度對其表達水平的影響較大。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of serum and sputum cytokines in patients with multiple trauma complicated with pulmonary infection and to provide evidence for the diagnosis and control of pulmonary infection. Methods from June 2013 to June 2016, 46 patients with multiple injuries complicated with pulmonary infection in EICU, emergency trauma ward and emergency observation ward were selected as group A, and 46 patients with multiple injury in the same period as group B and 46 healthy persons as group C.
