乙醇聯(lián)合亞低溫治療對心肺復蘇后家兔腦保護作用的實驗研究

【摘要】:目的:心肺復蘇成功后存活患者中仍有40%-50%出現(xiàn)不同程度的神經功能障礙,本實驗研究乙醇聯(lián)合亞低溫對心臟驟停后腦組織的保護作用,為心臟驟停后腦復蘇提供新理論、新方法。方法:通過體外致顫法建立家兔心肺復蘇模型,80只家兔隨機分為五組,每組16只,分別為假手術組(A組)、復蘇組(B組)、局部亞低溫組(C組)、乙醇組(D組)、乙醇聯(lián)合局部亞低溫組(E組)。B組于復蘇成功后即刻頸內靜脈滴注生理鹽水,C組復蘇成功后即刻實施頭部局部亞低溫,將冰塊置于家兔的頭部、頸部,迅速將鼓膜溫度降至32℃-34℃后持續(xù)維持體溫至實驗結束。D組復蘇成功后即刻頸內靜脈滴注1.5g/kg乙醇(滴注時間10min),E組復蘇成功后即刻頭部實施亞低溫+頸內靜脈滴注1.5g/kg乙醇(滴注時間10min)。實驗過程中持續(xù)監(jiān)測平均動脈壓(MAP≥80mmHg),維持至實驗結束。復蘇后12小時測定血中S100β蛋白含量、腦組織含水量、腦壞死體積。結果:B組血中S100β蛋白含量、腦組織含水量、腦壞死體積較各治療組顯著增高,E組各項指標檢測較C組、D組低(P0.05)。結論:乙醇聯(lián)合亞低溫治療對心臟驟停后腦組織具有一定程度的協(xié)同保護作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: 40% to 50% of the surviving patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) had different degrees of neurological dysfunction. This study was designed to study the protective effect of ethanol combined with mild hypothermia on brain tissue after cardiac arrest in order to provide a new theory for brain resuscitation after cardiac arrest. New method Methods: 80 rabbits with cardiopulmonary resuscitation were randomly divided into five groups with 16 rabbits in each group. Group A of sham operation, group B of resuscitation, group C of local mild hypothermia, group D of ethanol, group E of ethanol combined with local mild hypothermia were treated with saline immediately after resuscitation.
