【摘要】：目的探討閉合性腦外傷患者恢復(fù)期的圖畫(huà)遺忘特征。方法 2012年10月~2013年8月,采用視覺(jué)彩色有意義圖片,目標(biāo)圖片和干擾圖片各60張,對(duì)38例閉合性腦外傷恢復(fù)期患者及31名正常人進(jìn)行再認(rèn)測(cè)驗(yàn),觀察學(xué)習(xí)后10 min、30 min及24 h的辨別力(d′)。結(jié)果 14例閉合性腦外傷恢復(fù)期患者10 min時(shí)d′2,未行長(zhǎng)時(shí)記憶研究。另24例患者d′學(xué)習(xí)后30 min和24 h與正常組相比有顯著性差異(t2.044,P0.05);患者組內(nèi)比較,d′學(xué)習(xí)后10 min、30 min與24 h均有顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論閉合性腦外傷恢復(fù)期患者圖畫(huà)遺忘部分表現(xiàn)為圖畫(huà)信息獲得受損;圖畫(huà)信息獲得能力相對(duì)正常的患者,遺忘速度明顯加快。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics of picture amnesia in convalescent patients with closed brain injury.Methods from October 2012 to August 2013, 38 patients with closed brain injury and 31 normal subjects were examined with visual color meaningful images, 60 target images and 60 interference images.The discriminative ability was observed 10 minutes after study for 30 min and 24 h.Results the memory of 14 patients with closed brain injury at 10 min after convalescence was studied.In the other 24 patients, there was a significant difference between 30 min and 24 h after d'learning compared with the normal group (P 0.05), and there was a significant difference between the two groups at 30 min and 24 h after d'learning.Conclusion the part of picture forgetting in convalescent patients with closed brain injury is that the picture information is damaged, and that in the patients with normal picture information acquisition ability, the speed of forgetting is obviously accelerated.
