【摘要】：目的分析社區(qū)單向轉診老年急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者的臨床特征。方法回顧調查單向轉診老年AMI患者117例,根據(jù)年齡分為老年組(≥60歲)和非老年組(60歲),比較兩組患者臨床特征。結果社區(qū)單向轉診老年AMI患者的臨床特征為:男女性別比例不明顯、有較多冠心病和腦血管意外病史、發(fā)病時心功能較差、接受擇期經(jīng)皮冠狀動脈成形術(PCI)手術較多(P0.05)。結論社區(qū)單向轉診老年AMI患者行擇期PCI更合理,建議制定社區(qū)與三級醫(yī)院老年AMI雙向轉診和分級救治指南。
