【摘要】：醫(yī)用粘合劑在很多不同的外科專業(yè)都有應(yīng)用,有很多的胸外科醫(yī)生也在他們的臨床實踐中應(yīng)用過各種類型的醫(yī)用粘合劑,本文的目的是總結(jié)醫(yī)用粘合劑在胸外科使用的現(xiàn)狀,探討其應(yīng)用前景。對與胸外科有關(guān)的應(yīng)用醫(yī)用粘合劑的研究及報道進行了搜索,對各個研究所展示的結(jié)果進行了評價,所有文獻均來自于美國國家醫(yī)學(xué)圖書館數(shù)據(jù)庫及中國知網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)庫,搜索的時間范圍從1945年至2016年。在與醫(yī)用粘合劑有關(guān)的研究中,動物實驗的觀察指標主要集中在組織病理學(xué)、機械力測試。臨床研究主要討論了在一些手術(shù)或其他操作中應(yīng)用醫(yī)用粘合劑后對患者的治療效果,另外,一些病例報告展示了較新的應(yīng)用方式,多數(shù)研究的結(jié)果是積極地,但也有一些質(zhì)疑的觀點。雖然有一些實驗研究的證據(jù)并不是無可辯駁的,但是醫(yī)用粘合劑在胸外科應(yīng)用的研究結(jié)果中,積極地效果仍占主導(dǎo)地位。隨著粘合劑本身的發(fā)展及臨床應(yīng)用需求的擴大,它可以成為胸外科醫(yī)生臨床工作中的一種越來越重要的工具。
[Abstract]:Medical adhesives have been used in many different surgical specialties, and many chest surgeons have also applied various types of medical adhesives in their clinical practice. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the current situation of the use of medical adhesives in thoracic surgery. The research and report on the application of medical adhesives related to thoracic surgery were searched, and the results of various research institutes were evaluated. All the documents are from the National Library of Medicine database and the Chinese knowledge Web database, the search time range is from 1945 to 2016. In the research related to medical binder, the observation index of animal experiment mainly focuses on histopathology. Mechanical Force testing. Clinical studies have mainly discussed the therapeutic effects of medical binders on patients in some operations or other operations. In addition, some case reports show relatively new ways of application, and the results of most studies have been positive. But there are also some questionable points. Although some experimental evidence is not irrefutable, medical adhesives have been used in thoracic surgery. With the development of binder itself and the expansion of clinical application demand, it can become an increasingly important tool in the clinical work of thoracic surgeons.
