【摘要】：【目的】觀察、比較分析老齡貴州小型豬胃內(nèi)分泌細(xì)胞的形態(tài)、數(shù)量和分布。【方法】采集老齡和青年貴州小型豬的胃,取胃的不同部位(賁門、胃體、胃竇),用免疫組織化學(xué)染色法分別對(duì)老齡和青年貴州小型豬胃黏膜中的5-羥色胺(5-HT)、生長(zhǎng)抑素(SS)細(xì)胞染色,在400倍視野中觀察其形態(tài)及分布,并進(jìn)行計(jì)數(shù),比較老齡與青年貴州小型豬胃黏膜的差異�！窘Y(jié)果】老齡和青年貴州小型豬胃黏膜中的5-HT-IR、SS-IR陽性細(xì)胞呈錐形、圓形、卵圓形等多種形態(tài);分布不均勻,分別主要分布于胃腺的體部、底部或黏膜表面上皮細(xì)胞之間。老齡貴州小型豬胃竇5-HT-IR陽性細(xì)胞數(shù)較賁門極顯著增加(P0.01),胃體較賁門顯著增加(P0.05);胃竇SS-IR陽性細(xì)胞數(shù)較賁門極顯著增加(P0.01),而胃體與賁門差異不顯著。老齡貴州小型豬5-HT-IR、SS-IR陽性細(xì)胞數(shù)較青年貴州小型豬明顯減少,且差異達(dá)極顯著水平(P0.01)�！窘Y(jié)論】老齡貴州小型豬胃黏膜5-HT-IR、SS-IR陽性細(xì)胞的形態(tài)、分布規(guī)律與青年貴州小型豬相似,但分泌5-HT、SS的細(xì)胞數(shù)量減少,提示老齡貴州小型豬的胃黏膜內(nèi)分泌功能減退。
[Abstract]:[Objective] to observe and compare the morphology, quantity and distribution of gastric endocrine cells in aged Guizhou miniature pigs. [method] collected in aged and young Guizhou mini pigs in different parts of the stomach, the stomach (cardia, gastric body and antrum), by immunohistochemical staining respectively in aged and young Guizhou mini pigs in gastric mucosa of 5- hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), somatostatin (SS) to observe the morphology and cell staining. The distribution of 400 times in the field of vision, and count, the difference in age and youth of Guizhou miniature pig gastric mucosa. [results] the positive cells of 5-HT-IR and SS-IR in gastric mucosa of old and young Guizhou miniature pigs were cone-shaped, round and oval, and their distribution was uneven. They were mainly distributed in the body, bottom or mucosal surface epithelial cells of gastric glands. The number of 5-HT-IR positive cells in gastric antrum increased significantly (P0.01). The gastric body increased significantly compared with the cardia (P0.05). The number of positive cells in gastric antrum SS-IR was significantly higher than that in gastric cardia (P0.01), but the difference between gastric body and gastric cardia was not significant (P0.01). The number of 5-HT-IR and SS-IR positive cells in aged Guizhou miniature pigs decreased significantly than that of young Guizhou miniature pigs, and the difference was very significant (P0.01). [Conclusion] the morphology and distribution of 5-HT-IR and SS-IR positive cells in gastric mucosa of old Guizhou miniature pigs are similar to those of young Guizhou miniature pigs, but the number of cells secreting 5-HT and SS decreases, suggesting that the endocrine function of gastric mucosa of elderly Guizhou miniature pigs is reduced.
