【摘要】：目的探討肺結核患者發(fā)生醫(yī)院感染的易感因素,制定預防對策,為預防肺結核醫(yī)院感染提供指導。方法選擇2012年6月-2013年6月的316例肺結核患者作為研究對象,統(tǒng)計出現(xiàn)醫(yī)院感染的病例數(shù),分析患者的臨床資料,探討肺結核患者發(fā)生醫(yī)院感染的危險因素。結果 316例肺結核患者發(fā)生醫(yī)院感染30例,感染率9.49%;醫(yī)院感染部位以下呼吸道為主,感染16例,占53.33%,其次為泌尿道和胃腸道,分別占20.00%和13.33%;年齡≥60歲患者感染率為14.96%、60歲的為5.82%,住院時間≥15d的患者感染率為12.88%、15d的感染率為7.07%,應用多種抗菌藥物的患者感染率為14.06%,未應用多種抗菌藥物的為6.38%,有并發(fā)癥的患者感染率為12.70%,無并發(fā)癥患者感染率為7.37%,實施侵入性操作的患者感染率為20.27%、未實施為6.20%;年齡≥60歲、住院時間≥15d、合并其他疾病、侵入性操作、應用多種抗菌藥物等為肺結核患者醫(yī)院感染危險因素(P0.05)。結論高齡、住院時間長、抗菌藥物應用多種、伴有其他疾病、侵入性操作等為肺結核患者發(fā)生醫(yī)院感染的易感因素,應采取針對性的預防對策降低其醫(yī)院感染率。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the susceptible factors of nosocomial infection in pulmonary tuberculosis patients and to provide guidance for the prevention of nosocomial infection. Methods 316 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis from June 2012 to June 2013 were selected as the study objects. The number of nosocomial infection cases was counted, the clinical data of the patients were analyzed, and the risk factors of nosocomial infection in pulmonary tuberculosis patients were discussed. Results there were 30 cases of nosocomial infection (9.49%) in 316 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis, 16 cases (53.33%) of respiratory tract under nosocomial infection, 20.00% of urinary tract and 13.33% of gastrointestinal tract, respectively. The infection rate of patients over 60 years old was 5.82. The infection rate of patients who were hospitalized for more than 15 days was 12.88. The infection rate of patients with multiple antibiotics was 7.07. The infection rate of patients with multiple antimicrobial agents was 14.060.The infection rate of patients aged more than 60 years was 5.82, the infection rate of patients who were hospitalized for more than 15 days was 12.88 and 15 days. The infection rate of the patients with complications was 12.700.The infection rate of the patients without complications was 7.37. the infection rate of the patients with invasive operation was 20.27, and that of the patients without complications was 6.20.
