【摘要】：目的探究抗菌藥物聯(lián)合痰熱清注射液治療肺癌患者化療后繼發(fā)肺部感染的臨床療效觀察。方法選取2014年1月-2016年12月醫(yī)院收治的120例肺癌患者化療后繼發(fā)肺部感染的患者作為研究對(duì)象,將患者分為試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,每組60例;對(duì)照組采用抗菌藥物聯(lián)合治療,試驗(yàn)組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上加用痰熱清注射液治療,治療兩個(gè)療程,比較兩組患者臨床指標(biāo)及有效率。結(jié)果治療后,試驗(yàn)組治療總有效率為96.67%,高于對(duì)照組的86.67%(P0.05);試驗(yàn)組的機(jī)體功能狀態(tài)改善情況的總有效率為98.33%,高于對(duì)照組的85.00%(P0.05);試驗(yàn)組臨床癥狀消失的時(shí)間少于對(duì)照組(P0.05);試驗(yàn)組血清MMP-9、TNF-α和IL-8的水平下降,且低于對(duì)照組(P0.05);試驗(yàn)組的住院時(shí)間少于對(duì)照組(P0.05);試驗(yàn)組未發(fā)生二重感染,對(duì)照組的二重感染的感染率為4.14%(P0.05)。結(jié)論痰熱清注射液與抗菌藥物聯(lián)合治療肺癌患者化療后的繼發(fā)肺部感染,療效顯著,發(fā)揮了較好的止咳、抗炎、化痰的功效。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical efficacy of antimicrobial agents combined with Tanreqing injection in the treatment of pulmonary infection secondary to chemotherapy in patients with lung cancer. Methods from January 2014 to December 2016, 120 cases of lung cancer patients with secondary pulmonary infection after chemotherapy were selected as study objects. The patients were divided into experimental group and control group with 60 cases in each group, and the control group was treated with antimicrobial agents. The experimental group was treated with Tanreqing injection on the basis of the control group and two courses of treatment were used to compare the clinical indexes and the effective rate of the two groups. Results after treatment, The total effective rate of treatment in the test group was 96.67%, which was higher than that in the control group (86.67%, P0.05); the total effective rate of the improvement of the body function in the test group was 98.33, higher than that in the control group (85.00%, P0.05); the time of clinical symptom disappearance in the test group was less than that in the control group (P0.05); the serum MMP-9,TNF- 偽 in the test group was lower than that in the control group (P0.05). And the level of IL-8, And lower than the control group (P0.05); the test group was less than the control group (P0.05); the experimental group did not have double infection, the infection rate of the control group was 4.14% (P0.05). Conclusion the combination of Tanreqing injection and antimicrobial agents in the treatment of lung cancer patients with secondary lung infection after chemotherapy has a significant effect on cough, anti-inflammatory, phlegm.
