【摘要】：目的了解山東省肺結(jié)核患者受歧視狀況及其影響因素,為采取有效措施減少社會歧視提供參考依據(jù)。方法采用分層整群抽樣方法,抽取臨沂、威海及濟(jì)南地區(qū)的36個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn),對每個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)于2010年6月—2012年5月登記的720例肺結(jié)核患者進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果調(diào)查對象受歧視平均分為(23.38±4.846)分,得分為9~17分的占8.3%,18~26分的占64.4%,27~36分的占27.2%;單因素分析顯示,受教育程度、婚姻狀況、病情、年齡、家庭人口數(shù)、地區(qū)會影響患者受歧視情況;多因素logistic回歸分析結(jié)果表明,女性、年齡≥25歲是社會歧視的危險因素;病情較輕、家庭人口數(shù)≥3人和威海地區(qū)是社會歧視的保護(hù)因素。結(jié)論肺結(jié)核患者受社會歧視的現(xiàn)象較為普遍,患者的性別、年齡、病情狀況、家庭人口數(shù)、地區(qū)是其社會歧視的主要影響因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the situation of pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) patients and its influencing factors in Shandong Province, and to provide reference for effective measures to reduce social discrimination. Methods A total of 720 pulmonary tuberculosis patients were selected from 36 villages and towns in Linyi, Weihai and Jinan by stratified cluster sampling from June 2010 to May 2012. Results the average score of discrimination was (23.38 鹵4.846), the percentage of those with 9-17 scores was 8.3 ~ 18-26, and the score of 64.44-36 was 27.2.The single factor analysis showed that education, marital status, illness, age, family size and area would affect the discrimination.
