【摘要】：目的探究疏風(fēng)通絡(luò)法治療哮喘的臨床療效。方法 60例哮喘患者隨機(jī)分組。對(duì)照組30例用西藥治療,觀察組30例在西藥治療的基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用疏風(fēng)通絡(luò)法治療,對(duì)比2組患者的臨床療效、嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)及肺功能。結(jié)果觀察組總有效率為93.33%顯著高于對(duì)照組的70.00%,嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)及肺功能指標(biāo)顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論在西藥治療的基礎(chǔ)上加用疏風(fēng)通絡(luò)療法可有效改善患者的肺功能及臨床癥狀。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the clinical effect of Shufeng Tongluo method in the treatment of asthma. Methods 60 patients with asthma were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in the control group were treated with western medicine, and 30 cases in the observation group were treated with the method of sparing wind and dredging collaterals on the basis of western medicine. The clinical efficacy, eosinophil count and lung function of the two groups were compared. Results the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33% significantly higher than that of the control group. The eosinophil count and pulmonary function index were significantly better than the control group (P0.05). Conclusion it is effective to improve the pulmonary function and clinical symptoms of the patients by adding the treatment of sparing wind and dredging collaterals on the basis of western medicine.
