【摘要】：正慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是氣道和肺對有害顆�；驓怏w所致慢性炎癥反應(yīng)增加的炎癥性疾病,這種肺部的炎癥反應(yīng)常引起全身的炎癥反應(yīng),從而導(dǎo)致合并癥的發(fā)生,使得COPD病情復(fù)雜和加重。因此,新版"慢性阻塞性肺疾病診治指南(2013年修訂版)"強調(diào)了合并癥在綜合評估COPD病情中的重要性[1]。炎癥性腸病(IBD)是影響消化道的慢性黏膜炎癥性疾病,由于呼吸道和消化道具有相似的黏膜結(jié)構(gòu)的生理學(xué)特點,使得COPD和IBD有較多的臨床和病理學(xué)
[Abstract]:Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is an inflammatory disease in the airway and lung that increases the chronic inflammatory response to harmful particles or gases, which often causes systemic inflammation, leading to complications. COPD is complicated and aggravated. Therefore, the new edition of the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic obstructive Pulmonary Disease (the 2013 revision) emphasizes the importance of complications in the comprehensive assessment of COPD [1]. Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a chronic mucosal inflammatory disease affecting the digestive tract. Because the respiratory tract and digestive tract have similar physiological characteristics of mucosal structure, COPD and IBD have more clinical and pathological features.
