【摘要】：目的探究營養(yǎng)風險對COPD患者預后的影響效果。方法對2011年上半年來我院診療的77例患者進行分組臨床試驗,按意愿分成實驗組與對照組兩組。對照組37例,采用NRS 2002進行營養(yǎng)風險篩查,但并不給予臨床營養(yǎng)支持;實驗組40例,采用NRS 2002進行營養(yǎng)篩查,對有營養(yǎng)風險患者給予臨床營養(yǎng)支持,對比分析其對患者預后的影響。結(jié)果分析顯示已有營養(yǎng)風險的患者住院時間較無風險患者更長,并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率更高,且接受營養(yǎng)支持可改善臨床結(jié)局,住院時間及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率大幅減小,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論營養(yǎng)情況對患者預后有明顯影響,有必要對每一位入院患者進行營養(yǎng)風險篩查,并根據(jù)篩查結(jié)果,采取相應措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of nutritional risk on the prognosis of COPD patients. Methods 77 patients who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital in 2011 were divided into two groups according to their wishes: the experimental group and the control group (n = 37). NRS 2002 was used for nutritional risk screening, but no clinical nutritional support was given. In the experimental group, 40 cases were screened with NRS 2002, and the patients with nutritional risk were given clinical nutritional support. The results showed that the patients with nutritional risk had longer hospital stay, higher incidence of complications, and nutritional support could improve the clinical outcome. The duration of hospitalization and the incidence of complications were significantly reduced, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion nutritional status has a significant impact on the prognosis of patients. It is necessary to screen each patient for nutritional risk, and according to the results of the screening, Take corresponding measures.
