【摘要】：目的探討CT表現(xiàn)在肺結(jié)核合并曲霉菌屬感染中的價(jià)值,以期提高肺結(jié)核合并曲霉菌屬感染臨床診斷水平。方法選取2010年1月-2013年2月的35例肺結(jié)核合并曲霉菌屬感染患者臨床資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析,采用CT檢查,將35例肺結(jié)核合并曲霉菌屬感染患者作為感染組,另外選取35例肺結(jié)核無(wú)合并曲霉菌屬感染患者作為對(duì)照組,觀察兩組患者在CT影像學(xué)的表現(xiàn)。結(jié)果肺結(jié)核合并曲霉菌屬感染的CT病變部位可在左、右和雙肺上;且形態(tài)和邊緣多樣,可表現(xiàn)為多發(fā)小斑片狀影、支氣管肺炎型、大葉性肺炎型、粟粒型和腐生型;可出現(xiàn)有鈣化斑,且有胸腔積液26例,呈包裹型3例,胸膜增厚伴粘連7例;相對(duì)于非合并曲霉菌屬感染,肺結(jié)核合并曲霉菌屬感染的CT診斷更具有特異性。結(jié)論 CT在肺結(jié)核合并曲霉菌屬感染上的影像學(xué)表現(xiàn)明顯,有一定的診斷價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the value of CT findings in pulmonary tuberculosis with aspergillus infection. Methods the clinical data of 35 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and aspergillus infection from January 2010 to February 2013 were retrospectively analyzed and CT examination was used. 35 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and aspergillus infection were selected as infection group and 35 patients without pulmonary tuberculosis with aspergillus infection as control group. Results the CT lesions of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with Aspergillus infection could be located on the left, right and double lungs, and the morphology and edge were various, with multiple patchy shadows and bronchopneumonia. Large lobular pneumonia type, miliary type and saprophytic type; calcification spots, pleural effusion in 26 cases, pleural thickening with adhesion in 7 cases, and pleural thickening with adhesion in 7 cases, as compared with non-complicated aspergillus infection, there were 26 cases of pleural effusion, 3 cases of pleural effusion, 7 cases of pleural thickening and adhesion. The CT diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis combined with aspergillus infection is more specific. Conclusion CT imaging findings of pulmonary tuberculosis combined with aspergillus infection are obvious and have certain diagnostic value.
