重慶地區(qū)670例呼吸道感染患者呼吸道病原體譜IgM的檢測和分析

【摘要】:目的了解重慶地區(qū)呼吸道感染患者病原體流行及分布情況。方法收集我院自2015年1月至2016年3月期間所有呼吸道感染的住院和門診患者670例,采用間接免疫熒光法檢測患者血清中11種呼吸道病原體的Ig M抗體,根據(jù)不同性別、不同年齡和不同季節(jié)的病原體抗體陽性率以及合并感染情況進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果 1)670例患者中檢出病原體抗體290例(290/670,43.28%),其中乙型流感病毒陽性率最高,其他依次為:嗜肺軍團菌、肺炎衣原體、肺炎支原體、甲型流感病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒、副流感病毒、腺病毒、柯薩奇病毒A和埃可病毒;檢出的病原體抗體陽性290例中,單項感染的224例(224/290,77.24%),雙重感染的51例(51/290,17.59%),三重及以上感染15例(15/290,5.17%)。2)所有患者中女性病原體抗體陽性率高于男性(P0.05);不同年齡組呼吸道病原體感染陽性率有明顯差異(P0.05)。3)不同季節(jié)病原體抗體的陽性率有差異,春冬季的病原體抗體陽性率顯著高于夏秋季(P0.05)。結(jié)論該地區(qū)呼吸道感染患者檢出的呼吸道病原體抗體以乙型流感病毒和嗜肺軍團菌為主,感染類型以單項病原體感染為主,且可根據(jù)不同的流行病學差異進行有效的病原體預(yù)防和控制,尤其對在易感人群中注射疫苗有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence and distribution of pathogens in patients with respiratory tract infection in Chongqing. Methods 670 inpatients and outpatients with respiratory tract infection were collected from January 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital. Indirect immunofluorescence assay was used to detect IgG antibody of 11 respiratory pathogens in patients' serum. The positive rate of pathogen antibody and co-infection were statistically analyzed in different ages and seasons. Results 290 cases (290 / 670 / 43.28g) of pathogen antibody were detected in 670 patients, among which the positive rate of influenza B virus was the highest, and the other was Legionella pneumophila, the other positive rate was: Legionella pneumophila, the positive rate of influenza B virus was the highest, and the positive rate of influenza B virus was the highest. Chlamydia pneumoniae, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, influenza A virus, respiratory syncytial virus, parainfluenza virus, adenovirus, coxsackie virus A and Echo virus. 224 cases of single infection, 51 cases of double infection, 51 cases of 51 cases of double infection, 15 cases of triple infection and above, 15 cases of triple infection and above.) the positive rate of female pathogen antibody in all patients was higher than that of male group (P 0.05%); the positive rate of respiratory tract pathogen infection in different age groups had significant difference (P 0.05%. 3) there was significant difference in the positive rate of respiratory tract pathogen infection among different age groups. The positive rate of seasonal pathogens antibody was different. The positive rate of pathogen antibody in spring and winter was significantly higher than that in summer and autumn (P 0.05). Conclusion in this area, influenza B virus and Legionella pneumophila are the main pathogens in respiratory tract infection, and the main type of infection is single pathogen infection. It can be used to prevent and control pathogens according to different epidemiological differences, especially to vaccinate susceptible population.
