【摘要】：發(fā)生于女性子宮頸的原發(fā)性惡性外周神經(jīng)鞘瘤且不伴有神經(jīng)纖維瘤病1型(Neurofibromatosis-1,NF1)是極為罕見(jiàn)的。本研究報(bào)道一位46歲女性惡性外周神經(jīng)鞘瘤(Malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors,MPNSTs)患者的診療經(jīng)過(guò),該患者因陰道不規(guī)則流血入院,盆腔CT示子宮頸腫塊,隨后行根治性子宮切除,結(jié)合組織學(xué)及免疫組化診斷MPNSTs,1年后該患者發(fā)生復(fù)發(fā)及肺轉(zhuǎn)移,依次行AI、達(dá)卡巴嗪、EP多線化療,取得較好的臨床獲益。MPNSTs預(yù)后較差,與其高度侵襲性、高復(fù)發(fā)率及轉(zhuǎn)移率有關(guān),我們的病例行手術(shù)及多線化療后患者目前OS已達(dá)44個(gè)月,是目前所有發(fā)生于子宮頸MPNSTs的聯(lián)合治療的第一例病例報(bào)道。目前最早的個(gè)案是由Sloan于1988年發(fā)現(xiàn)的,最大的系列是由Keel于1998年報(bào)道的3例。
