【摘要】：目的探討冷凍胚胎移植前輸卵管積水處理的有效方法。方法將229例冷凍胚胎移植并伴有輸卵管積水的患者,采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表進(jìn)行分組。研究組為輸卵管積水抽吸術(shù)配合耳穴貼療組(A組)94例,輸卵管積水抽吸組(B組)89例,輸卵管積水未處理組(C組)46例作為對照組。比較3組患者凍融胚胎移植周期結(jié)局及移植日子宮內(nèi)膜和內(nèi)膜下血流分布。結(jié)果 3組患者的凍胚移植日子宮內(nèi)膜厚度、移植胚胎數(shù)和移植的優(yōu)質(zhì)胚胎數(shù)比較,差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);A組的臨床妊娠率及胚胎種植率均明顯高于C組,且臨床妊娠率亦高于B組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。早期流產(chǎn)率與移植取消率A組明顯低于C組,差異亦有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。A組的子宮內(nèi)膜和內(nèi)膜下血流分布以A型分布為主,A型分布率均明顯高于B組和C組;B組的A型分布率也高于C組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論輸卵管積水抽吸配合耳穴貼療方案處理輸卵管積水能提高子宮內(nèi)膜容受性,改善體外受精-胚胎移植的結(jié)局。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore an effective method for the treatment of hydrosalpinx before frozen embryo transfer. Methods 229 patients with frozen embryo transfer with hydrosalpinx were randomly divided into two groups. There were 94 cases in group A, 89 cases in group B and 46 cases in group C as control group. The outcome of freeze-thaw embryo transfer cycle and the distribution of intimal and subintimal blood flow on the day of transplantation were compared among the three groups. Results there was no significant difference in the intimal thickness, the number of transferred embryos and the number of high quality embryos in the three groups (P 0.05). The clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate in); A group were significantly higher than those in group C, and the clinical pregnancy rate was also higher than that in group B (P 0.05). The early abortion rate and transplantation elimination rate in group A were significantly lower than those in group C, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The distribution rate of intimal and subintimal blood flow in group). A was mainly type A, which was significantly higher than that in group B and group C, and the distribution rate of type A in group B was also higher than that in group C (P 0.05). Conclusion the treatment of hydrosalpinx with tubal hydrosalpinx combined with auricle acupoint patch can improve the receptivity of uterus and the outcome of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer.
