【摘要】：目的:探討媽富隆治療原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)的效果。方法:選取筆者所在醫(yī)院2013年3月-2015年12月收治的原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)患者81例,根據(jù)治療方式分為對照組(40例)和觀察組(41例),對照組患者予以布洛芬治療,觀察組患者給予媽富隆治療,觀察兩組患者的治療效果,進行臨床對照性分析。結(jié)果:對照組總有效率為65.0%,觀察組為92.7%,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組患者治療前TDS評分差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,治療后TDS評分均下降,但觀察組優(yōu)于對照組,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);對照組治療滿意度為65.0%,觀察組治療滿意度為90.2%,組間差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ~2=7.958,P0.05)。結(jié)論:媽富隆治療原發(fā)性痛經(jīng)的效果突出,值得在臨床實踐中推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of Ma Fulong in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Methods: from March 2013 to December 2015, 81 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were divided into control group (n = 40) and observation group (n = 41). The patients in the control group were treated with ibuprofen, and the patients in the observation group were treated with Mafulong. Results: the total effective rate was 65.0% in the control group and 92.7% in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in TDS score between the two groups before treatment, but the TDS score decreased after treatment, but the observation group was superior to the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05).
