hTERC基因在預測宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變Ⅰ進展和轉歸中的價值

【摘要】:目的:探討熒光原位雜交(FISH)技術檢測宮頸石蠟包埋切片中人類染色體端粒酶RNA(h TERC)基因擴增情況,在預測宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變(CIN)Ⅰ進展和轉歸中的價值。方法:收集55例CINⅠ患者的宮頸石蠟包埋病理標本,隨訪后根據(jù)病理學確診情況分為3組,CINⅡ、Ⅲ及宮頸癌組(進展組)13例、CINⅠ組(持續(xù)組)19例、正;蜓装Y組(轉歸組)23例。采用FISH技術檢測不同組中宮頸石蠟包埋切片中h TERC基因擴增情況。結果:共有54例CINⅠ患者的宮頸石蠟包埋病理標本納入研究,h TERC基因擴增陽性22例,其中進展組12例,持續(xù)組9例,轉歸組1例,陽性率分別為進展組100.00%,持續(xù)組47.37%,轉歸組4.35%。3組h TERC基因擴增陽性率比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。異常信號比2∶3、2∶4、4∶4和N∶≥5的細胞數(shù)比例3組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。結論:采用FISH技術檢測宮頸石蠟包埋切片中h TERC基因擴增情況可以預測CINⅠ的進展和轉歸;異常信號比為4∶4和N∶≥5可能可以用來預測CINⅠ的進展。
