【摘要】：吸煙是一種不良的生活習(xí)慣,全球大約有2.5億的女性吸煙,但大多數(shù)吸煙女性并沒(méi)有意識(shí)到吸煙對(duì)卵巢功能和生育力的影響。長(zhǎng)期接觸香煙煙霧可以減少原始卵泡和生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育階段卵泡的數(shù)量,使卵巢卵泡儲(chǔ)存量下降和卵巢功能減弱,致使女性生育力下降,并提早進(jìn)入更年期。香煙煙霧可以誘導(dǎo)自噬的發(fā)生,并且自噬是香煙煙霧誘導(dǎo)卵巢卵泡丟失的關(guān)鍵原因,調(diào)節(jié)自噬過(guò)程可能成為控制香煙煙霧所致卵巢早衰的潛在治療方法。
[Abstract]:Smoking is a bad habit, about 250 million of the world's women smoke, but most smoking women are not aware of the impact of smoking on ovarian function and fertility. Long-term exposure to cigarette smoke can reduce the number of primordial follicles and follicles during growth and development, decrease the storage of ovarian follicles and weaken ovarian function, resulting in the decrease of fertility of women and enter the menopausal period early. Cigarette smoke can induce autophagy, and autophagy is the key cause of ovarian follicular loss induced by cigarette smoke. Regulating autophagy process may be a potential treatment to control premature ovarian failure caused by cigarette smoke.
