【摘要】：正健康女性陰道菌群以乳桿菌為主,同時(shí)包含少量厭氧菌及兼性厭氧菌,包括奇異菌屬、棒狀桿菌、動(dòng)彎桿菌、普氏菌屬、陰道加德納菌、纖毛菌屬、氣球菌屬(anaerococcus)和微單胞菌屬(pepto-niphilus)等。除乳桿菌外,一些其他細(xì)菌如奇異菌屬也可產(chǎn)生乳酸,屬于潛在的益生菌或致病菌。這些細(xì)菌可使陰道p H值輕度升高。陰道菌群變化與微生態(tài)失調(diào)及疾病相關(guān)。月經(jīng)、激素波動(dòng)、性行為、衛(wèi)生行為、新的性伴侶及陰道微生物構(gòu)成變
[Abstract]:The vaginal flora of healthy women is dominated by Lactobacillus and contains a small number of anaerobic and facultative anaerobic bacteria, including the genus Strange, Corynebacterium, Campylobacter, Puctus, Gardnerella vaginalis, Ciliomycilium, (anaerococcus) and pepto-niphilus, etc. In addition to Lactobacillus, some other bacteria, such as Strange can also produce lactic acid, is a potential probiotics or pathogenic bacteria. These bacteria may cause a slight increase in the pH value of the vagina. Changes in vaginal flora are associated with microecological disorders and diseases. Menstruation, hormonal fluctuations, sexual behavior, hygiene behaviour, new sexual partners and changes in vaginal microbial composition
