【摘要】：死胎是妊娠最嚴(yán)重的并發(fā)癥之一。死胎的病因多樣且復(fù)雜,但仍有部分死胎原因不明。一般人群篩查包括監(jiān)測胎動、胎兒生長發(fā)育和生化指標(biāo)。降低死胎風(fēng)險的措施包括識別高危人群、產(chǎn)前監(jiān)測和適時分娩。從死胎病因著手發(fā)現(xiàn)高危人群、加強監(jiān)測并及時干預(yù),有可能減少死胎的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Stillbirth is one of the most serious complications of pregnancy. The causes of fetal death are diverse and complex, but some of them are unknown. General population screening includes monitoring fetal movement, fetal growth and development, and biochemical indicators. Measures to reduce the risk of stillbirth include identification of high-risk groups, prenatal monitoring and timely delivery. It is possible to reduce the incidence of stillbirth by detecting the high risk population from the etiology of stillbirth, strengthening surveillance and timely intervention.
