【摘要】：目的分析妊娠期高血壓綜合征(妊高征)嚴(yán)重程度與血小板降低及子宮動(dòng)脈異常癥狀的關(guān)系。方法選取妊高征重度患者(重度組)、輕度患者(輕度組)和正常妊娠者(對(duì)照組)各80例。比較三組血小板參數(shù)[血小板計(jì)數(shù)(PLT)、平均血小板體積(MPV)、血小板分布寬度(PDW)]、子宮動(dòng)脈多普勒參數(shù)[臍動(dòng)脈收縮壓與舒張壓比值(S/D)、阻力指數(shù)、搏動(dòng)指數(shù)],分析血小板與子宮動(dòng)脈血流異常的關(guān)系。結(jié)果輕度組和重度組PLT均顯著低于對(duì)照組,MPV、PDW均顯著高于對(duì)照組(P均0.05);輕度組與重度組S/D、阻力指數(shù)和搏動(dòng)指數(shù)均高于對(duì)照組(P均0.05);重度組PLT與子宮動(dòng)脈S/D呈反比(r=-0.78,P0.05),輕度組PLT與子宮動(dòng)脈S/D呈正比(r=0.80,P0.05)。結(jié)論妊高征患者的血小板降低與子宮動(dòng)脈血流異常均可以反映妊高征的病情程度,在臨床診斷中具有一定的價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between the severity of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome (PIH) and thrombocytopenia and uterine artery abnormalities. Methods 80 patients with PIH (severe group), 80 patients with mild pregnancy (mild group) and 80 patients with normal pregnancy (control group) were selected. The platelet parameters (platelet count (PLT), mean platelet volume (MPV), platelet distribution width (PDW) uterine artery Doppler parameters (umbilical artery systolic to diastolic pressure ratio) and resistance index were compared among the three groups. Pulsatile index, to analyze the relationship between platelet and uterine artery blood flow abnormality. Results PLT in mild group and severe group was significantly lower than that in control group, MPV,PDW was significantly higher than that in control group (P0.05), resistance index and pulsatility index in mild group and severe group were higher than those in control group (P0.05). In the severe group, the PLT was inversely proportional to the uterine artery (r = 0.78, P 0.05), and the mild group was in direct proportion to the uterine artery SS D (r = 0.80, P 0.05). Conclusion Thrombocytopenia and abnormal uterine artery blood flow in patients with PIH can reflect the severity of PIH and have certain value in clinical diagnosis.
