體外受精胚胎細(xì)胞數(shù)量和碎片比例對(duì)囊胚形成的影響

【摘要】:目的:探討體外受精(IVF)周期中胚胎細(xì)胞數(shù)量和碎片比例對(duì)囊胚形成的影響。方法:回顧性分析2 404個(gè)IVF周期患者的13 037個(gè)進(jìn)行囊胚培養(yǎng)的胚胎。根據(jù)第3日細(xì)胞數(shù)量將胚胎分為2~3-細(xì)胞組(2C~3C)、4-細(xì)胞組(4C)、5-細(xì)胞組(5C)、6-細(xì)胞組(6C)、7-細(xì)胞組(7C)、8-細(xì)胞組(8C)、9-細(xì)胞組(9C)、10-細(xì)胞組(10C)、11-細(xì)胞組(11C)、12-細(xì)胞組(12C)、≥13-細(xì)胞組(≥13C),分析囊胚培養(yǎng)細(xì)胞數(shù)量和碎片比例與囊胚形成的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:碎片為1~2級(jí)的胚胎,8C組和≥13C組囊胚形成率明顯高于其他各組(P0.05);7C、9C~12C組之間囊胚形成率無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。碎片為3級(jí)的胚胎,8C組的囊胚形成率高于其他各組(P0.05),且與碎片1~2級(jí)7C、9C~12C組的胚胎相比無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05);9C組囊胚形成率高于7C組,且差異顯著(P0.05)。結(jié)論:第3日8C胚胎的發(fā)育潛能是最優(yōu)的,可適當(dāng)放寬對(duì)8C碎片的評(píng)估;隨著碎片比例增大可減弱胚胎的發(fā)育潛能。
