【摘要】：目的：通過對(duì)比NovaSure子宮內(nèi)膜切除術(shù)與子宮內(nèi)膜電切術(shù)對(duì)于異常子宮出血患者的治療效果,為臨床治療提供參考。方法：回顧性分析2011年11月～2013年6月在吉林大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院行NovaSure治療的51例異常子宮出血的患者作為研究組(NovaSure組),55例行宮腔鏡下子宮內(nèi)膜電切術(shù)(1transcervical resection of endometrium, TCRE)治療的患者為對(duì)照組(TCRE組)。對(duì)患者術(shù)前、術(shù)中、術(shù)后的指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了比較分析。結(jié)果：兩組患者術(shù)前年齡、發(fā)病時(shí)間、宮腔深度、血紅蛋白值、月經(jīng)失血圖法(Pictorial blood loss assessment chart, PBAC)評(píng)分、術(shù)后有效率、療效滿意率、24小時(shí)內(nèi)腹痛發(fā)生率、惡心嘔吐發(fā)生率差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),而NovaSure組手術(shù)時(shí)間平均1.48±0.31min, TCRE組手術(shù)時(shí)間平均27.46±5.42min,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。NovaSure組患者術(shù)后住院天數(shù)平均1.64±0.77天,TCRE組平均3.86±1.35天,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。NovaSure組患者恢復(fù)日常生活時(shí)間平均8.66±2.01小時(shí),TCRE組平均16.35±5.18小時(shí),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)NovaSure組閉經(jīng)率為75.56%,TCRE組為48.94%。兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P 0.05)。結(jié)論：NovaSure子宮內(nèi)膜切除術(shù)手術(shù)創(chuàng)傷小、時(shí)間短、疼痛輕,術(shù)后恢復(fù)快,為異常子宮出血的患者提供了安全、有效的治療選擇。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the therapeutic effects of NovaSure endometrial resection and endometrial electroresection for abnormal uterine bleeding patients, and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods: from November 2011 to June 2013, 51 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding treated with NovaSure in the first affiliated Hospital of Jilin University as study group (NovaSure group) and 55 patients undergoing hysteroscopic endometrial electrotomy (1transcervical resection of endometrium,) were analyzed retrospectively. The patients treated with TCRE were the control group (TCRE group). The preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative indexes were compared and analyzed. Results: preoperative age, onset time, depth of uterine cavity, hemoglobin value, (Pictorial blood loss assessment chart, PBAC) score of menstrual haemorrhage, effective rate, satisfactory rate of curative effect, incidence rate of abdominal pain within 24 hours were found in both groups. There was no significant difference in the incidence of nausea and vomiting (P0.05), but the average operative time in NovaSure group was 1.48 鹵0.31 min, and in TCRE group was 27.46 鹵5.42 min. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05) the average hospitalization days of). NovaSure group and TCRE group were 1.64 鹵0.77 days and 3.86 鹵1.35 days, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05) the average daily life recovery time of). NovaSure group was 8.66 鹵2.01 hours, and that of TCRE group was 16.35 鹵5.18 hours. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05) the amenorrhea rate of NovaSure group was 75.56. The TCRE group was 48.94. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: NovaSure endometrial resection has the advantages of small trauma, short time, mild pain and quick recovery, which provides safe and effective treatment for patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.
