【摘要】：目的系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)二甲雙胍對(duì)多囊卵巢綜合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平的影響。方法以"metformin"、"PCOS"、"homocysteine"為關(guān)鍵詞全面檢索SCI、PUBMED,EMBASE,Elsevier數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),篩選出二甲雙胍治療多囊卵巢綜合征文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行Meta分析,比較二甲雙胍治療前后血清同型半胱氨酸水平的改變,結(jié)果以加權(quán)均數(shù)差(WMD)及95%可信區(qū)間(CI)表示。結(jié)果共納入8項(xiàng)研究。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示二甲雙胍明顯降低多囊卵巢綜合征患者同型半胱氨酸水平[WMD=-2.29,95%CI=(-2.65,-1.94),P0.05]。亞組分析結(jié)果提示:二甲雙胍治療時(shí)程達(dá)3個(gè)月則可顯著降低患者血清同型半胱胺酸水平,繼續(xù)延長(zhǎng)治療時(shí)間并不會(huì)進(jìn)一步降低血清同型半胱胺酸水平。此外,肥胖的PCOS患者在二甲雙胍治療后血清同型半胱氨酸水平下降更明顯。結(jié)論二甲雙胍治療能降低多囊卵巢綜合征患者血清的同型半胱胺酸水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of metformin on serum homocysteine level in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS). Methods using "metformin", "PCOS" and "homocysteine" as keywords, we searched the database of SCI,PUBMED,EMBASE,Elsevier and screened out the literature of metformin for polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) for Meta analysis. The changes of serum homocysteine levels before and after metformin treatment were compared. The results were expressed as weighted mean difference (WMD) and 95% confidence interval (CI). Results the results of Meta analysis showed that metformin significantly decreased homocysteine levels in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome [WMD=-2.29,95%CI= (-2.65 -1.94), P0.05]. The results of subgroup analysis indicated that metformin treatment for 3 months could significantly reduce the serum homotypic cysteamine level, and the prolongation of treatment time would not further decrease the serum homotypic cysteamine level. In addition, serum homocysteine levels decreased significantly in obese PCOS patients after metformin treatment. Conclusion Metformin treatment can reduce the serum level of homocysteine in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.
